Me and my family really loved coming in here. This store has some oddities not found in other gem stores. I found something called Mica tourmaline very unique color pattern. (See the bottom left corner lava rock) Some are treated/enhanced, some aren't the seller knew nearly everything about the stones. Which is not easy to do the whole store is filled to the brim. My yellow/orange citrine crystal cluster is so impressive and even smells great. I loved their prices as well I think you will too.

As another reviewer mentioned, I also had an unfortunate encounter with the Witch. While looking for limited parking, I saw a vehicle back out of a space which I then pulled in. Upon pulling in, I noticed a sign designated "Spiritstone Manager parking only". I heard a car honking but could not determine where it was coming from. Before I could back out, I was blocked in by the very vehicle that had pulled out. "You saw that f*****g sign, you can't park there". I informed the Witch I did not see the sign until I pulled in, but she would need to move her vehicle in order for me to move. I was then called "scum of the earth" as she walked away. Great way to promote a positive feeling about your business. Also far from the only choice to purchase the products they carry and I will most certainly be doing that somewhere else. Seems as if she may need some relaxation crystals.

The store employee was so kind. My husband had bought me a gem at another location, but didn’t think to ask what it was. He just liked it. I pulled it out and asked the store clerk if she knew what it was by chance. She identified it, gave me a card on what the gem is known for, and even cut me a string so I could make a necklace out of it. She did this even though it wasn’t bought in her store. I was grateful for her kindness.

This place sucks. I went shopping here and I was at the bracelet stand trying on which bracelet I wanted because my friend wanted 2 and they had a buy 3 get 1 free deal going on so I was being supportive. After searching for the right one that was destined to be mine, I saw some old lady standing behind me and staring at me. I thought she was waiting to get through the path but she was still standing there after a few minutes. I was creeped out. I took my bracelets to the cash register and she came behind me again, tapped my shoulder, and told me to go to another register. She was standing behind me because she thought I was stealing. I ended up regretfully spending $82 in this shit hole. Check the cameras, if I needed to steal your garbage, why would I spend money here? Horrible energy and racist bitter people in this place.

Best customer service ever! My daughter lost one of her beloved pink opal earrings to the bottom of Lake Pleasant. We live 5 hours away. Your store associate worked to find a similar replacement set and is shipping them to us. You made my gem and mineral loving 8 year old's life!

I literally loved Nadya and Harriet. They were exceptional salespeople and went above and beyond to help us select our items. They bubble wrapped the larger crystal well so that it would not break on the flight and also used a jewelry gift box for the smaller stone as it was a gift (they went out of their way and did not have to do that for us). Other than that they were both entertaining and provided a very positive shopping experience

On vacation walking the stores looking some buying some ..came to this place ..lady behind counter says hello ..seems to be a double room...no divider stating not same store or owner...so Im strolling looking at this or that...lady never says anything...my sister joins me my sister in law and her daughter too .mind you we looked we did check some things for prices but try to be respectful wherever we go... finally lady says( having heard us saying we had an interest or two of purchases) well she's not here right now she's down at our coffee shop and should be back soon..catch the our there folks..we say ok.. expecting this person is THE ASSOCIATE FOR THE ONE BUSINESS..instead this woman comes in all breathless and saying hey can't u see if I'm closed the signs on the door you've got to be more careful around here...we promptly apologized for not having seen her CLEARLY UNMARKED invisible "hey I'm closed" sign between what she now claimed was a SECOND ENTRANCE to her store...so remember folks not to purchase from this overly spoiled obnoxious store owner..just sayin.....

saw the owner harassing this guy who was just selling some little rocks outside not bothering anyone. She even damaged his products and tried to take his phone. From what i can see the woman who owns this place is nothing but a bully.

Our 1st time in Sedona & our 1st visit into a crystal shop.Very beautiful & the man who helped us was amazing. He gave me owner vibes but not sure if it was his store. Either way he was welcoming & patient while my 4 kids picked out crystal pendants he even helped my son put his necklace on while I helped my daughter put hers on.

Be careful with what you buy! Bought a ring here while I was on vacation in the area. I absolutely loved the ring and I figured with the cost of it and it being Native American made it would last longer and be worth the money. I was wrong with in five days I lost a stone. I got in contact with them and sent it in to replace it. At first they wanted to replace it with a ring that was no where worth what I paid for the one I originally bought and looked very childish. They redirected me to someone else because I wouldn’t accept the ring choice they gave me and I was upset which I should me. She was very kind and sent me two options either the ring I had in a different size or one that was similar in my size. I picked the same on I had in a different size. After a month of going back and forth I finally received it and they sent me the wrong one which they apologized. I had to send it back so I could get the one I wanted. Which when I received the one I wanted finally, they did send money to reimburse the shipping which was nice but within two days of wearing it I lost a stone in the new one. All I do is wear it to work. For how much I paid it should be able to withstand everyday life and my office job. I was expecting better. I have never had issues with losing stones in any other rings I have that I’ve paid less than half of the price of the ring I bought from them. I did find the stone at least this time so at this point I’m just going accept the waste of $125 and super glue it back on and probably not wear as much as I wish in fear of losing another stone.
