Chase and Sam are the rock stars of the Verizon world. Soooooooooo customer service oriented and they are incredibly helpful. Highly recommend whether you live here or are just visiting. They will take care of you and all your phone and accessory needs.

We were there to get a new upgraded phone and Sam was very helpful and patient with us! He suggested we go with a Google Pixel 8 Pro and so far I love it! It was a very easy switch /upgrade from my very old Pixel 2! The only downside of the visit was that I didn't think Sam explained the direct cost of the phone completely to us...and the monthly payment breakdown. Also we bought a lot of accessories for the new phone and it sure added up...
to the tune of a few hundred dollars! We would go back to this store in the future and would definitely refer Sam to family and friends!

Alex came down to Sedona from Flagstaff on a snowy day and opened the store. He was amazingly fast, kind, and the most knowledgeable I’ve ever had service with at Verizon.

Verizon is not the company if you are a human. It has endless automated emails that pay no attention to its responses. I reported many times that I was unable to set automatic bill pay. They couldn't do it by phone, and the website to do so was down for weeks. I reported the problem with continual "Need more info" and repeated the problem. Then I got a series of emails that the problem was solved. It wasn't so I asked, "What did you do?" Kept getting "need info". Got several flowery automated texts (I take ownership of your problem.") Same automated BS. This occurred all of March, 2024. My name is Lou and I stand by this review. Their response: "Victra does not have control over Wireless service reception or data connection." See what I mean about their response? Did I mention reception or connection in my review? More automated BS. --Lou
