“I loved my experience at this store! I'd been searching for a particular dress and not only did I find the perfect thing, it was on sale! The staff were so friendly and helpful. I loved a kimono that went well with the dress, but decided not to get it. I regretted that later and called the store - they were SO kind to me! The lady checked if they still had it, then agreed to ship it to me out of state. She even followed up to make sure I got it, which I did. So not only were the clothes great, with a wonderful selection, but the atmosphere was fun and the staff were incredibly helpful. And of course, Tlaquepaque is a gorgeous location. Highly recommend!”

“OK, out of all of my Google Reviews, this is my favorite place by far. You may ask yourself why a small shop in Sedona, AZ? It’s because of the charm, the selection of items, the friendliness. Everything adds up to pure perfection. We typically fly back home with 1/2 a suitcase of items that we’ve purchased here. Over the years, we’ve also become good friends with the owner. He’s a Nepalese gentleman, and the kindest, most honest and likable person you’d ever have the fortune of meeting. The quality of everything they sell is what you’d expect & want. I could go on and on, but I’ll leave it here. Stop by and check out this quaint store for yourself if you’re ever in Sedona.”

“This is a cute boutique located in the heart of Sedona! I absolutely loved this place. The variety of women's apparel, shoes, and purses were wonderful. Their items are unique and prices are reasonable. Their customer service is amazing! The atmosphere is bright and welcoming. I told the lady working there that it was by far my favorite store there! I look forward to going back next time were in Sedona! I found a really cute jacket and a sundress that I absolutely love! I highly recommend this place.”

“Jenny and her clothing, is the best. after reading a few of these "negative" reviews, I'm actually dumb founded as these people must be talking about someone else. Who they are describing is not the Jenny I know. Ive been getting items here for years, and shes been in the same spot forever. Do yourself a favor, and go there yourself and see. You will I'll not find her clothes anywhere, and I've traveled all over the world. They are a piece of art.”

“I had the best experience here! I'm shocked reading the reviews about "snobby" treatment, that was not my experience at all. In fact, I was treated so warmly and kindly that I felt compelled to come on Yelp to write a review. I can also say that there are som real gems to be found here at fair price points! If you're looking for quality items, this is the place to go! And if you're looking for inexpensive steaks, goodwill is in the same shopping center. I came out with a genuine leather jacket, never worn leather boots, and two rings. I definitely recommend this spot!”

“Bennali's has become one of my favorite shops at Tlaquepaque Arts & Crafts Village in Sedona. It is located in the Patio de la Capilla right across from the Chapel. (Glad I decided to take a few pictures of the Chapel -- otherwise I might have missed this shop.) A large hat rack in the courtyard attracted my attention. I found a hat I liked so wandered into the store. What a find. It was full of top quality outdoor gear for women and men. Inside I found an even better selection of hats. After a few minutes -- and some helpful advice from the sales clerk -- I made my choice and left with the new hat on my head. Good service. Quality merchandise -- apparel, footwear, etc. A must stop at Tlaquepaque.”

“The Chico's in Sedona AZ is the BEST! Dani and Julie are some of the best sales associates in retail! I came into the store 15 mins before closing with a return, and I wanted to look for a bit. I said I'd make it quick, and they both said, oh take your time.. and I could tell they meant it! I am going to Europe for a few weeks and was looking for a few pieces that will travel well and fill in my wardrobe. Within minutes Dani had me in a dressing room with the perfect items!! Julie processed my return, and I left very happy with my purchases! Dani and Julie never made me feel rushed, and I felt truly valued as a customer. When's the last time you've said that after you left a store?! @chicos, you have a couple of great employees!! Thanks so much!”
