Debbie thanks for the last two years of helping find a unit. Always answering any questions I may have had. I also want to thank Angie for helping me with the closing of my storage unit due to moving. I would recommend these folks to anyone. Only closed my unit due to moving. I had to move to Arizona in two stages, because my home in California was destroyed by the blizzard of February 2023. I needed a place to store my things for a month, I easily found. Them listed with a goodie search, called them up and created my account over the phone.My keys and locks were waiting for me in my unit. It could not have been any easier. The place is clean, organized, and efficient. The prices are very reasonable. I moved out of my storage just as easy as I moved in. I close my account via phone, they were awesome! Easy stuff! We have been storing our treasured possessions at Big Dog Storage ever since they opened here in the White Mountain Lake area. It's convenient and easy to get into the lot with their pass code needed gate . Our storage unit was very clean the day we rented it. The ground is covered with stone which is much appreciated during monsoon season. I never see any litter anywhere on the grounds. If you are looking for storage place you won't find any better than Big Dog! Walt Pitcher & Mary Quinn

We needed a large storage unit and this unit was great! We rented it sight unseen as we are not in town. It was even better in person. Exactly what we needed. The staff was super helpful and friendly. I love how everything is online. Great storage place with reasonable prices.

When i closed out my unit i was double charged i took it up with them they said they would look into it and now they just ignore my calls. Terrible service i was locked in the gate.
