“Stopped by today at this location very frustrated was looking all day for a place to turn my rotors and everywhere was closed, but I just so happen to call to this location is Show-low
and there is a worker there named Brandon. He was very insightful helpful he ended up being able to help my rotors get to a condition to where I was comfortable with, and he took his time both him and Antonio deserve a recognition on their customer service and how well they are with people’s issues and taking care of them in a timely matter I will definitely be coming back to this location for all of my future needs.”

“We needed some windshield wipers on the fly and found found Show Low Auto Parts. We were pleasantly surprised. You walk into the store and it's one of the most organized looking places we've ever seen! The manager, Tieg, was pleasant, kind comma funny and efficient ! We got the windshield wipers and they were exactly what we needed. They also give military discounts.”
“I had a great experience with 4x4 Performance Auto. After having a frustrating experience with another shop, I brought my 2005 GMC Yukon here for an alignment and oil change. I already had my own oil and filter, and they had no problem using what I brought.
They were able to get me all done same day and had everything done quickly, and charged a very reasonable price. Most importantly, my Yukon drove noticeably better afterward and the alignment felt great.
I really appreciated how straightforward, accommodating, and efficient they were. It’s refreshing to find a shop that treats you well and gets the job done right without overcomplicating things. I’ll definitely be bringing my vehicles back to 4x4 Performance Auto and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy local shop.”

“While Bob, and Paul were charming and they did get us a cart, we were very disappointed about the fact that they post a cart a 2016 for a very low price but had all kinds of excuses why they couldn't get it. Felt like what they call click bait. However they did get me a nice cart much older but nice.”

This line of business I am sure is challenging, seeing as though you must have a vehicle in this town. So I am sure customers are on edge & highly anxious about their turn around time.
