Best Western Inn of Pinetop offers a comfortable and welcoming stay in the heart of Pinetop-Lakeside. The rooms are consistently clean, with some guests noting they smelled good and were well-maintained, though a few mentioned that the decor is a bit outdated and that the floors could be updated. Guests appreciate the peaceful, woodsy setting, with many enjoying the large trees outside and the quiet, forested location. The staff is friendly, accommodating, and attentive, making visitors feel welcome and comfortable. The hotel provides simple but satisfying breakfast options, including fruit, coffee, muffins, and other goodies. It is also pet-friendly, with a designated area for pets, making it a good choice for families and travelers with pets. Some guests pointed out minor issues such as WiFi quality and heater odor, and felt that prices could be a bit high, especially during busy holiday weekends. Overall, many guests enjoyed the friendly service, clean rooms, and charming, rustic atmosphere, and would return for another visit.
Really a beautiful location in a remote area. Highly recommend this place in between traveling from Pinetop through Springerville area. There's not a lot of civilization in these remote areas so, I would definitely put this location as a great stopping point when traveling afar.

First room we had was dirty, pee on the floor and dirty sink. Had to be moved to another room after calling twice. Otherwise hotel was fine. We would consider staying again as it was likely a one off.
