Cellular One is a business with wonderful people and helpful, calm staff. The experience is often great, with no upsell and good prices. Employees take awesome care of customers, answer all questions, and explain everything about new phones and service. They are very nice, go the extra miles, and can have customers in and out quickly. Some staff have even paid out of their own pocket to help. While service can depend on who you deal with, many interactions are top notch and highly recommended.
