CVS Health is conducting coronavirus testing (COVID-19) in select states. Tests are available for eligible individuals aged 10 and above, with minors requiring adult accompaniment. The company offers both lab testing and rapid testing, though high demand may cause delays. The CVS stores are generally well-maintained, though some customers find the prices to be on the higher side, as is common with many drugstores. The pharmacy service, however, has received mixed reviews, with some customers reporting long wait times for prescriptions and limited operating hours. Despite these occasional issues, many customers are highly satisfied with their experiences at CVS. They praise the store's savings opportunities, such as the Extra Care card and frequent sales and coupons, which help them save money. Additionally, the staff at the pharmacy are often described as accommodating and willing to go the extra mile to assist customers, such as setting up prescription deliveries. Overall, CVS appears to be a reliable healthcare provider, offering a range of services and amenities, while also striving to provide a positive customer experience through its pharmacy and savings programs.
