I was in a accident a couple weeks ago, ended up needing to rent a Car , all I can say is your better off going and getting a New Vehical, in a little over a week I've paid enterprise , enough money to make 2 payments on a new Car and pay for insurance. But if you need a Rental they have it.

Friendly and professional staff. The vehicle we got was brand new and even though it wasn't all wheel drive as requested, it handled inclement weather exceptionally well.

Since I've been a member of Enterprise Rent-A-Car, I have enjoyed the outstanding customer service experience. I always thought Enterprise Rent-A-Car had outstanding employees, until I moved out to Arizona. The Show Low Enterprise Rent-A-Car DOES NOT try to work with you, they ONLY work Monday through Friday 8AM to 5PM, they don't make it convenient for customers in no way shape or form. If you can't get off from work during their working hours just to rent a vehicle, you're out of luck. If you're just needing a vehicle for one day on a weekend, they charge you for the whole weekend. The only somewhat good thing about Show Low Enterprise is that you can return the vehicle at night,.....but you still get charged for the following day. I'm seriously thinking of ending my membership with Enterprise Rent-A-Car because of my experience with the location in Show Low.

Had the same unfortunate experience at this branch as other recent customers and was charged for damages I did not cause. The nice blonde lady, a recent hire, did a full walk-around of the vehicle with me at the time of return, neither of us noting any damage. My contract is then closed and I’m on my way. Then an hour later I receive a call that they’ve supposedly discovered damage not previously noted and I’m being held responsible for it. Didn’t fully believe it until I started receiving emails and letters from Enterprise’s “damage recovery unit” and they’re going after my insurance company and credit card on file. I’m actively disputing the claim and hoping there is wisdom in jurisprudence beyond what the Show Low branch has demonstrated thus far. I’ll update this review pending final outcome but at this stage cannot recommend doing business with a company that so blithely errs on behalf of its own self interest at the expense of an honest customer. Something appears broken at Show Low and I hope management here takes this recent string of demonstrable errors to heart and course corrects before their reputation is irreparable damaged.

Travis, Jacqueline and Ray are Great!!! They are always friendly and professional. I rent a lot for work and I am so thankful for them. They make the process so quick and easy! Highly recommend this Branch!

Long story short, on Friday, our car broke down in Snowflake. We called Enterprise to get a rental to get back home to the valley. They had a vehicle available. The tow truck towed us into Show Low Ford. We got to the dealer at 4:47 pm. I got a ride from the dealer shuttle to Enterprise. JACKIE was AMAZING! I got there 10 minutes before they closed, and Jackie made the whole process very quickly. I definitely recommend Show Low Enterprise to everyone.

Do not trust the agents at this Enterprise. Make sure you take video of the whole car when you return it. When they tell you it looks good and you are good to go don’t trust that. Make sure you have Proof because the screwed me over!!!

I showed up at 4:28 for my 4:30 reservation. I waited in line to check in with Travis. As I waited, he seemed irritated and was rushing because he had a family event to attend. He checked me in really quickly and told me to go wait by the vehicle. I waited by the vehicle for about 35 minutes before I went back inside because I still haven't been helped. As I was standing outside, I inspected the vehicle, and there were a lot of scratches. It was very dirty and stained on the inside, and it was way too big. I ordered a compact SUV. When I went inside, I asked the woman if there was a smaller SUV and / or car available. She seemed frustrated and responded, "Well, I need to ask Travis." She was already calling him, so she asked only about the SUV and hung up. She proceeded to check me out with the same SUV because there was not another available. I asked her repeatedly, 3 times if they had a car, which she ignored me. She asked for my method of payment, so I asked 2 more times if they had a car because the SUV was too big. She looked at me and said, "What?" With an attitude. I again, repeated my question, and she got frustrated with me. I said, "Just forget it, I'll take the SUV." Then we went out to do the inspection, and she said if she sees something that doesn't concern her, then I shouldn't worry about it. There are a lot of scratches, so I took photos anyway. She then opened the door, and there were stains on every seat and door. I asked her if they had a note of this. She sighed at me and said, "Like I said, I wouldn't worry about it, but take photos if you want." I did not see her take any photos of the scratches and stains that I pointed out. I took photos of everything and do not want to be charged because she rushed through the inspection. It was almost 10 minutes after 5, she handed me the keys and said, "In the future, be here by 4:30 because that is our last reservation." I responded, "I've been here since just before 4:30, waiting." She gave me a smirk and walked away. She was very rude, and I don't appreciate the service I got today. It's not my fault they were busy and didn't get out on time. No matter how frustrated you are, being in customer service, you should always be polite, patient, and respectful. This is not the first time I have had an unpleasant experience here.

I've always used Enterprise, I have been a Enterprise Plus Member for many years. However, this last experience with Show Low based Enterprise was a nightmare beyond belief. After returning a thoroughly inspected vehicle, and given the ok, I get a call from my insurance company saying Enterprise has made a claim the rental car was wrecked during my rental period. The manager tells me when I call, that Iam basically lying, and even though his Agent and myself thoroughly went over the car, we must have overlooked the damage. The Car Detailer gave me a lift to my destination in the same car..he drove the car after I returned it? Who knows, but it didn't happen on my watch. I truly feel, the Enterprise staff in Show Low is being a little less than honest and scamming my Full Coverage Insurance. A lot to go through for their oversight.

The agent on the phone was sharp and demanded an exact time I would be there, Then I found out the business is closed on the weekend and I would have to pay for one day I didnt need. Not the old Enterprise I was use to when I worked
