Tracking information for my package shows "on FedEx vehicle for delivery" for the last four days! Each day it supposedly goes out on a vehicle for delivery and does not get delivered, claims weather delays...really?! Roads are clear,, access to my house is clear! The Postal Service and UPS all are managing to deliver. This morning I actually spoke to someone at the local FedEx Ground facility (on Adams)and was told that my package was once again "on the truck for delivery today" and still not delivered! I was told to call back at the end of the day and they will pull it and hold it for me to pick up at facility...well, no one answers the phone! FedEx, get your act together! I need my package!! This is unacceptable!

Can’t seem to ever get my packages delivered! This time is no different still 5 days out package not delivered. there is one lady who answers and is kind but the drivers they give excuses and never seem to follow through in the 4 years I’ve been here.

I get packages delivered by you every month.Most of the time, I have no problem.Hank is the best driver you have, but every month, I get a box from Sam's Club or Walmart. Every month those boxes get delayed. They get sent all over the White Mountains.Today, Hank finally got my boxes. When they got here, 1 box was so damaged.I can't believe you would send my boxes all over & damaged them.

They keep losing packages.We had $1000 in materials for our store then never showed up. My wife finally found it.They delivered it to a different business that was over a mile away from our business.If she had not found it we would have gone out of business. As a small business we could not lose $1000 in materials for an order and then have to replace it.

My package sat in Show Low AZ for 5 days before being delivered. The local delivery was great once it finally happened. Had to come back and change this review because yesterday I got a phone call saying I had an overnight express envelope that had been delivered to a different address about 40 miles away. Drove over and got the envelope. Called FedEx and all they said was sorry and were no help. Also found out they have an idiotic rule that says a ground driver can't take an express package and deliver it to the correct location or they'll be fired. Never have these kind of problems with UPS or USPS.

Packages never are on time sometimes they don't even get loaded on truck when they say it's out for delivery

Have had to deliver what was misdelivered. Any snow they won't deliver and won't let you know.Their 800 number goes to India or the Philippines! Half the time can't understand them. Plus messages are not delivered!Employees at office are helpful.

They don’t care about their reputation anymore. Getting a package from them is like pulling teeth. It’s always late, days late, this time 1 week. The lies keep stacking up, I’ve never seen anything like this. Never again. I’m finished with this company, I will share this with as many as possible. Our business is not needed of valued, their competitors will get my business from this day forward, still waiting for my package it’s been in show low az longer than the whole trip from Pennsylvania.

Hacmve had some shipping issues with Fed Ex not putting items at the right place. I just want to give praise though to Michelle who has solved the issues. What awesome customer service. You really do a great job and your company should know. Thank you Michelle for helping out to solve the issues.

Deliveries to nutrioso are rarely on time if at all. Reasons for non delivery are lies. This last time the reason was delivery attempted but business was closed. I live in a private residence and was home all day. In the past they said I rescheduled the delivery which never happened. Impossible to actually talk to a person to address issues so just keeps happening. Will ask vendors in the future if they use FedEx and will no longer make purchases if FedEx is the only means of shipping. No wonder Amazon won't use fedex.
