I have used ferrellgas for years and I really like the office staff and the drivers. But in one area they are very weak is picking up tanks. I am moving and I called them almost 2 weeks ahead to let them know to come pick up the tank. I got a text saying they can't pick it up until 4/11 which is another 23 days.

Very nice and responsive people. They did a good job with both propane tanks what i ordered from them. I will recommend this company to anyone.
