I went in just to ask a question, the girl at the front desk was RUDE!
She was NOT helpful at all.
I had paperwork to get bloodwork done & I called my DR to change it so I could go to the hospital to get it done!
As I walked out I told the girl she had an attitude!
I would NEVER go there for anything!
I was there 7/8/24!

I feel bad for the lady working there. She's the only one. Clearly most of the issues are with labcorps themselves.
Your required to sign yourself in to do anything.
They can't/wont give price quotes unless your already getting the services done. That's useless if your paying out of pocket and need to plan.
I was advised to go to Sonora quest. So to everyone else, skip labcorps and do summit or Sonora.

had an appointment first thing in the morning. there was a sign on the door saying they were closed today. A cancellation notice would have been appreciated.

The first time my son went for a drug test for a job we were told she didn't have certification. We were told to come again Thursday or after between 9am and 2pm. Went back Friday around 1130am and was told for a drug test we would have to come back between 1pm and 2pm. Also made an appt for friday we show up and theres a paper on the window saying theyre closed till monday. Why would you be able to make an appt if they were gonna b closed? Due to them my son lost out on his very first chance since it was excuse after excuse. Very unprofessional. Will not recommend lab Corp to anyone needing a drug test or anything else.

They suck. Went twice, twice they failed me. Update Nov 23.Made an appointment online. Showed up. Note on door says they are closed. Most unreliable lab on the planet. They still suck. Who runs this place? Would not trust them with my blood.

Labcorp charged me over $2700 for standard blood tests... if I had known I would never have considered labcorp. This is over 10 times what other places charge.

This place is ridiculous- as are most LabCorp facilities. I arrived 5 minutes before they closed to locked doors and no one visible in sight! Website, Google Business and signage on door all day different hours of operation AND there is no way to bypass their automated phone service to talk to a person in the office to confirm misleading information. In addition, the automated appointment setting app, had no appointments for a week out which is why I opted to sit in the office for the walk-in option. Oh and my ride is 35 minutes each way to this location.???

It really is a 50/50 shot if you get good service or not honestly I have had more bad experiences with them than good I just go to summit Healthcare now to get my labs done.

They close at 12:00 instead of the 12:30 it says here on google maps.
