    I was in need of last minute storage for our travel trailer, and left a message after hours. Debbie went above and beyond to call me back after hours, not once, but twice.     Amazing service from Berenice and the team there -- they totally changed my experience of the Burn with how easy it was to get my gear (and many Amazon packages) to Reno. The facility is in a convenient location and they make it so easy to do everything. Highly recommend!!

    The location is just ok. The customer service is awesome! The lady that runs this storage/uhaul place is wonderful and very informative.
