I generally like the plant section. They have a good variety and always have a clearance rack! I buy from those racks, just in case they do not make it thru the winter! I love the plants! Customer service is fair! For the most part, they do recognize our military service and always ask if we Vets! Some cashiers are more friendly than others!

For a handicapped person, shopping is difficult in the store. Not much help from employees. I understand that I can order it online and pick it up, but not everyone prefers to do it that way and everyone should be able to shop in the store.

Ok, Mr. Owner. You said if there's anything you can do, just let you know, is that right? Have ALL of your employees refocus on their customer service skills. The lack of good help is so apparent, I was afraid to ask. Everyone should have a sign on them that says I'm here to help you, but don't ask me anything serious. I'm from Georgia and back in Georgia there is great customer service at the Lowe's and Home Depot stores. When I asked this associate if they had any more options for light fixtures, he looked at me as though I spoke in Portuguese.
