“My original review was not positive. I scheduled a 9am appt and wasn't called until 930 and I fasted for this. I was pretty upset for obvious reasons. The staff actually called me and apologized, they had a flood of people come in and it was hard for them to manage. They called me back a 2nd time to let me know i could come in and get bumped to the front of the line because of what happened this morning.

“I can't speak for all Walgreens because it's a mixed bag but recently I had an upset at the Walgreens in Showlow Arizona. I went to the manager to talk about the issue. He was very kind to me and gave me an insight to the difficulties of supplying drugs in the large area that the Show Low store provided. He let me know how caring his pharmacist were towards the needs of their clients. So, I waited patiently and my prescription to finally arrive. I am very grateful to that manager for his kindness and caring for me and his pharmacists.”
