However, I must write a very positive review on the service I got yesterday from the delivery driver Dustin. He was very polite, professional, and took the time to explain things to me and answer all my questions. Granted, this all should have been explained to me when I first went on oxygen, but it wasn't. I was just given the equipment with no explanation. But Dustin really made up for that. I so appreciate his helpful, cheerful service and hope he continues to treat other customers in the same stellar way he treated me. Five stars for Dustin, and hope the rest of the company catches up!”
