“First time in the store. I was greeted as I entered the store and then asked if I needed help finding anything. The pet shampoo I was looking for, there were several brands and types to choose from. Prices seemed pretty average for today's prices of everything. I prefer quality anyway. The cashier was cheerful and informed me of their pet food program (buy 10, get 11th free). They are partnered with Tractor Supply Company, so my membership from TSC is good there as well.”
“They have the best wild bird blend. Waited 3 weeks for shipment. Not their fault but the supplier's. Most important is the fact that they are truly ADA compliant! The handicap space is on concrete along with concrete sidewalks into the building. The customer is not having to drag themselves through gravel. Try traversing gravel in a scooter, walker or wheelchair. Not fun.”
