brought our three year old Siberian husky to get groomed I asked for a bath trim, her coat, her nails, and a good rush out. Also her ear’s were Very sensitive and if she could not do them, that was fine. And I told NO
D-shedder
I was texted about two hours later saying that she was ready. When we got there, she informed us that she got a bath. She got a brush out and she got a D-Shedder 20$ extra. She didn’t get trimmed, nails not clipped….Just a bath and blowing out brush. Apparently my dog was giving her trouble and she decided not to finish the grooming. This was fine I understand, but she said everything was good until she put her on the table then she had so much anxiety that they put a dog muscle on
her. with no avail decided that the grooming was done.
My problem here is when they put her on the table and she completely freaked out. Why did they not call us and tell us that! Either my husband or myself could’ve went down while she was on the table and the groomer could’ve finished because one of us was there she would’ve been fine.
My problem here is they did not tell us the problem until we got there, they only told us she was finished. If we would’ve known she would never had to be muzzled At all I have never ever seen her growl, try and bite someone and not get along with other dogs and adults. We have a German Shepherd and a white lab, had no problems on day one when we rescued her.
So basically, I paid $75 for a bath, a brush and shedding shampoo which I did not ask for.
They also did refund the money no problem because they knew they should’ve called us to let us know what was going on with her.
If there was less a -0- on the ratings that is what it would be.

This was our first visit to Petsense. While it's selection does not compare to some of it's larger competitors, it has a decent selection of products. The aisles were wide and easy to navigate. The parking lot was large and spacious.

Great store and great experience. We just got a new puppy and this store had everything we needed at reasonable prices. It was clean and organized.
