The room was clean and comfortable, and I would definitely stay here again!Rooms: Large clean room. No road noise. Some noise from neighbors/breakfast area but not too bad.Food & drinks: Simple breakfast selection...scrambled eggs, yogurt, cereal, fruit juice, toastNoteworthy details: Pet friendly! Very clean. Electric massage chairs and lottery ticket vending machine in lobby area.

Quite possibly the nicest Super 8 I've ever stayed in. When I drive from ND to AZ for my winter stay, I usually just pick a low priced room to sleep. This one fit the bill, so to speak, but I was more than pleasantly surprised when I checked in.The manager was very nice, and directed me to a few spots in town to eat. The room was large, clean, and the bed was excellent. The room was quiet, and has a great walk-in shower.I was tired from a 12 hour day of driving, so I chanced sit in the hot tub. Nice and warm, and just barely over chlorinated.Woke up the next morning, made myself a hot waffle at the free breakfast, and enjoyed some really good coffee. The manager came out and chatted with the guests. All in all, a very nice experience.Edited 10/25/2023I stopped back here based on my previous experience. Sadly, the place has gone downhill. No shining light left, and I doubt I'll be back. The room itself wasn't too bad. The amenities, such as they are, are lacking. We were on the 1st floor, and the wifi signal didn't reach to our room. Luckily, I got a 4G signal so I could at least get online. The heater was noisy and didn't keep a consistent temperature in the room. The hot tub had so much chlorine smell that we couldn't use it, and the pool appeared to be unheated, and felt like it was in the low 70 range. The shower was ok, even though the door didn't close completely.Breakfast. I'm surprised the health dept hasn't shut it down. The juice machine had a note on it to look in the fridge. The fridge had 1 gallon containers of Sunny Delight, apple juice, and milk.No individual containers for peanut butter, jelly, or syrup, either. Just big jars. That might have worked pre-Covid, but now???Sorry, I'm really disappointed, this used to be a gem.

We live a couple hours from showlow. I was in the hospital after just giving birth and was unable to get a hold of the people in the room I paid for on their cell phones. My faughter is diabetic and i wanted to make sure her blood sugar was normal and not to low. So I called the hotel and asked them to transfer me (which i thought most hotels have an automated system for now but not this one). After I called back the second time I was able to get a hold of them. I called to tell the manager to tell him thank you as I was extremely worried and he was extremely rude to me. Will not book here again. Next time I will pay more to stay at a hotel not run by rude people.

The room is old . The internet is slow . Bed is hard , pillows are small. It smells in check in . Towels are stained. Shower is small . No tub . I asked for a room downstairs. He told me no . When I made reservations I asked for that . The hallway is noise . Breakfast was terrible powder eggs , no bacon , sausage, or ham . No hot cereal. There was a gallon of milk everyone touched . No fruit . Never will be back .Noteworthy details: It’s not very nice . Eww

Sheets and shower were clean. Bed cover and blanket had tears and holes. Have to got to lobby for ice as the ice machine on 3rd floor was removed. Towels could stand to be updated, clean but off white. Continental breakfast was sparse and carb heavy, decided to eat in town.

We stayed awhile back and the whole vibe was off! The check in guy was very creepy. We kept getting a feeling like someone was watching us and heard footsteps throughout the whole night. Kept having to go look through the peephole to see if someone was there. Definitely don't stay here!

From my reservation being incorrect to the broken rear entrance to the transparent thin bed sheets and dismal breakfast. This Super 8 was disappointing experience. They only had a reservation for one room when I had reserved two on Expedia. They fixed that easily. We entered the rear door which was broken and then there was dried mud on the stairs. The room was ok, sparsely appointed, TV was decent and HVAC worked fine. The fan in the bathroom didn't work. We didn't notice how thin the sheets and the pillow cases were until later that evening and they were so thin they were transparent which exposed a stain on a pillow. My wife noticed that the fitted sheet on the mattress was on inside out, which could mean that it hadn't been laundered. It looked ok, but just makes you wonder. For breakfast only scrambled eggs, bread, waffles, peanut butter, jelly and cereal. No meat, muffins or bagels several of the individual butter containers were open and the butter was nasty yellow looking I suspect they were expired. The coffee was in thermos containers, it was ok but there were no lids. There was no ice machine on our floor so I ask the front counter where I could get ice. I was told it was in the backroom and not to follow when they went to get it. I got ice but there should be an ice machine available for the guests. For the price we paid for the hotel it should have been much better. I've stayed at Super 8 hotels before and had much better luck. On our trip we stayed at Ramada and a Best Western they were less expensive and better. I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Walked in and first thing I saw was a sticker right inside the main entrance door of a swastika!!! This is no joke. I was going to take a picture of it but my hands were full. The man at the front desk was nice. The rooms are old and tired. Bathroom door did not shut. Towels and washcloths were old and had holes in them. Paint was peeled in multiple locations. Had some mold in the bathroom. Only advantage to staying here was that it was cheap.

The gentleman at the front desk was very dismissive. Ladies restroom was completely out of both toilet paper and paper towels. Overall the establishment was clean and well kept.

Horrible place. Had stains all over the comforter in the first room. Second room, had blood stains. Front desk guy was not helpful by any means. He called the cops because I wanted my money back. He would not give our money back. Disgusting hotel and will never stay at another super 8. My wife is about 7 months pregnant and I had my 2 year old daughter with us. Kicked us off the property with no remorse. Horrible, horrible place and will NEVER stay at another super 8. Will be contacting corporate to get my money back.

This hotel was the worst one I have ever seen. The room smelled strongly like bleach and the room itself was completely filthy. There were obvious stains on the walls, dirt/dust on the furniture and shelfs, dead bugs in the floor, stained curtains and carpets. The worst part is hairs and stains were found under and on the mattress pad. I had to check out early and move to another hotel because it was so bad. My aunt was also staying there in another room and experienced the same conditions and had to leave as well. tried to get part of the booking refunded with the front desk and they refused. Expedia contacted the hotel and requested a refund and again they refused as well. Please do not stay at this hotel for any reason.

6/27/2023 Check-in. We check-in after 9pm. It went well although we thought it was odd that 2 full beds was the same price as 2 queens. The gentlemen was very nice and helpful. We were tired from the long day and went straight to bed. when we woke up the next morning we found dirty underwear in the bed. Clearly they were not mine or my wife's. There were blood stain on the pillow case and a white stain on the center edge of the chair. We went down to the office to inform them. The lady at the front didn't car. when we ask for the manager info, she said they didn't have one. When we ask for the corporate number she told us to look for it online. She wasn't no help. she didn't want to see picture or willing to send housekeeping up. Breakfast was not presentable. they had donut that were left in the Walmart container they were bought in. The drinks were in half gallon container a mini refrigerator. Eggs were cold in a crock pot set on low. like if they were cooked the day before and you were heating them up. I felt what i was saying didn't matter, there were no apologies or compensation.
