Came into return some items. I was told to bring the item and return for free. That wasn’t the case when I got in but Chelsea was able to make it simple and easy. It cost me a few bucks to send but it saved me a whole trip of trying back to snowflake and having to come back. Chelsea energy was amazing. Not only did she help me but she was attending others as well. What great customer service.

Chelsea was one of the most professional people I have ever dealt with. She helped me pick out the right size box to send a package. She explained everything to me and had me leave there knowing my package was in safe hands. Will definitely only send my packages here if she is there!

I called earlier asking for assurance that they do indeed have a package I sent to that store. The store then put me on hold and ended the call without helping me at all. Truly an unprofessional UPS Store.

I have had nothing but great attitudes and wonderful customer service from this place. They always smile and help me get my returns done in a timely manner. They are especially helpful if I can’t figure out my QR code or the copy machine. Thank you guys for all that you do especially being the only UPS store up here. The amount of people you serve and still great attitudes! Keep up the good work and I hope that people have more patience during the holiday seasons to help you guys do your job. I’ll definitely be back and welcome your smiles any day!

This UPS store is a lot better than I was expecting after reading the reviews. I routinely pick up packages that were delivered minutes before my arrival, without any problem. The staff has always been friendly. The day I opened a mailbox account, I got there about 10 minutes before they closed and they said they couldn't do it because there wasn't time before they closed. This was overall understandable, though still annoying. If they would change their posted operating hours to end 30 minutes earlier, probably most of the negative reviews would go away.

The staff that includes Josh, Tyler, and Kate are amazing. They are extremely busy but always friendly and patient.

Upon entering, I encountered exceptionally poor customer service. Kate, the sole employee present, not only displayed rudeness towards the person on the phone but also directed that rudeness towards me, citing a long line as her excuse for insufficient assistance. Kate's demeanor was quite demeaning and belittling towards myself along with all the other customers in the store. I have decided not to patronize this store in the future.

I had to return a defective product I bought online, the seller refused me the barcode used for UPS tracking. The UPS store representative found the QR code attached in a related E-mail and was able to send the package on its way. A very big load off my mind. It's impressive seeing one person doing the work of two or more people while maintaining a pleasant/professional disposition.

This place is a joke, packages take days for them to get put away.We pay for fast shipping and then it just sits at ups store waiting to be put away.Needs a management change. Employee do try to get stuff put up but they seem way understaffed. They need to start giving discounts on P.O. Box rentals for the time we have to wait for our mail.

had a priority 2 day package that I dropped off at 2:00 on 7/3 and it wasn't logged into the system until 7/5. Now delivery is 7 days. They took no accountability for the 2 days of delay. last time I do business with UPS.
