I moved last September and canceled my service. The bill keeps coming. I called again and was assured my account was canceled and credit applied to my account. To my surprise I just got another bill. This is unacceptable and extremely unprofessional.

Exactly the same as in recent comments, I am a restaurant owner. The twice-weekly pickup is not to be missed, but during this period even if the weather and roads are very good, you will still receive a notice that pickup cannot be done due to weather reasons. What’s even worse is that it is very difficult to get through the customer service phone! It seems like I have to switch to a junk company like before. Labor was doing very well before WM acquired it. The pickup price did not increase significantly after the acquisition, but the customer service did change.

I'm not really sure when my pick up day is. I get missed about every other week and then get a message saying that my regular pick up day will be delayed and it will be picked up on Saturday instead of Friday. My regular day has always been Wednesday when it's not missed. I really would like to know what is going on and when I am supposed to get service.

Trash is not collected when scheduled. We had a storm and there was snow on my road, however my little car can get up and down the road so can the trash truck. NOT happy about this and still being charged for services not performed.

Run as far from this company as possible! The only good things I have to say about them are the quality of their equipment is good, their driver was very nice and they're service was reliable.However, their rates and customer service make you totally overlook anything good. Their rates are twice as high as local competitors. They have TERRIBLE customer service. When they doubled our rate overnight and I called to ask why, I was told because I only received that rate for 1 year after they bought out my prior company and they couldn't perform the service for that rate. Then why could my other company? I tried to cancel service and a rep couldn't help me, but wanted to know what it would take to keep our business. I asked them to match or come close to the prior rate. They transferred my call twice and nobody could approve that. They said they'd call me back and didn't, two different times. I've never had an account where I could do everything online, EXCEPT cancel my service; but that's how WM is. They make it practically impossible to discontinue service. We had to send a certified letter, and then keep paying for another 2 months of service, because you have to pay for at least another 30 days after they receive your certified letter until the 1st of a month that falls 30 days after they receive your letter. It's a racket! They can't help adjust your rate or assist you to cancel your service on the phone or online, but once they receive your certified letter they call you almost every day in that 30+ days before they cancel your service and HOUND you to stay with them. All this did is piss us off. I would NEVER do business with this company again, nor would I recommend them.

If you have a trash pick up day on a snow day or the day after, they will not come pick up your trash. We've wated 3 weeks for a trash pick up. It's ridiculous

Customer service is horrendous and their consistency is even worse. Anytime there is the slightest bit of snow they cancel my pickup. I understand when weather is bad but these guys just look for an excuse to be lazy and not to pickup my dumpster. Currently it's been overflowing with trash for over two weeks and they still won't come out. Other large trucks like propane trucks, Amazon drivers, UPS drivers, etc. have been able to come to my house during the times they said they had to cancel my pickup due to "bad weather". It's a shame they bought Larson Waste as they never missed a pickup.

This is the absolute worst trash service.2024 1/9 called to tell wm we have notHad trash picked up. The supervisor weTalked to said it was to dangerous because snow was too deep.we had less than 2inches,on our street. He told us to put the trash bags next to trashBucket. I like their website and notifications a lot. Emptying my dumpster biweekly was going very well until the pickup that did not happen over the Christmas holidays. They sent me a unviewable picture to justify not emptying my dumpster and said they would be back in two weeks. My only option is to pay for an additional pickup. Not the kind of customer service I expected.

Have had efficient pickup of trash. Communication has been great with Holiday Scheduling. Greatly appreciate the emails with the communication from WM.

Please fix the hydraulics on your trucks this is an environmental mess. I will be turning these pictures over to the city of show low as this looks like this every time your truck comes through for the last year!
