The store manager Amanda and staff member Todd are very unprofessional. As long as they both are at this location I will not purchase anything at all.

Do not go to this store. Shady staff and criminal management. Refuses to take back furniture claiming bedbugs without evidence. Will attempt to double charge you for first month. Damaged furniture and did nothing to repair it after moving it from one place to another. During a call, they turned it into an argument about racism rather than focusing on business.

Please be very careful about going here. The store manager is a liar and truly does not care about the people who come into this store. If you need to go to Aaron's try going to Tucson before you go to the sierra vista store.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! My wife and I have been paying on a washer and dryer, 7 months ago the lid started cracking by the hinges, I called a guy came out said it had to be replaced, first a replacement or a lower payment, then a loaner until the repair, the it's up to the district manager, then a loaner still nothing is being done. But they take our money every month. I dealt with many appliance companies over the years NY, Fla, Tennessee. Never had any issues!!

The right hand doesn't always know what the left hand is doing at this store. There's so much confusion about payments, and they will call you on your due date - even if you're up to date and use autopay so your account! Their follow-up on orders isn't great, but they will call you to try to sell you more once they have your info. When I ordered a product online that showed in stock at my local store with expedited delivery available, I still had to call and ask when it would be delivered. The person I spoke with said it would be a couple weeks because they didn't have the product. However, a second person called me less than an hour later to ask if I would be home to accept delivery.

Incredible customer service. They have all the new stuff like the apple watches or apple laptops. They also Cary the PS5!!!! witch is almost impossible to find. They have it with great payments I have been able to keep up with my monthly payments and everything is running smooth they have so many benefits . Thank you Aaron’s!

Will not buy from them ever again never knew that we had to buy a club membership for insurance and now that we have problems with the furniture they can't help us but they sure would call daily to get there money then I am on the phone with a rep and he says I can't find your account was under your wife's name and proceeds to tell me that I wasn't under the insurance but how can he say that if he couldn't find the account and then tells me Amanda knows me and said never got the insurance wow just wow
