Allow me to add another 1 star (cause there is no option for 0) No US support. Talked to the Philippines before being transferred to India. On the phone over 40 min to have them redirect me to their website because they could not help me. I have a leased tank from Amerigas at my house and they could not tell me when my next payment is. Result will be: I will have another US propane gas company (probably Barnett's Propane) set a new tank with Barnett propane and wait for Amerigas to eventually show up to retrieve their tank. Customer Service in the US is a dying art. I used to love Amerigas because I could talk to someone in Sierra Vista that was very nice and helpful. You get what you pay for and I won't be paying Amerigas anymore.

The worst- if you call it goes over seas never can get help, they bring customer service to new lows. I went with Arizona gas- it is been a month still can’t get tank picked up from AMERIGAS- go with a local supplier who cares

Horrible service and customer service is a nightmare and out of country. The prices are at least $1 plus more per gal than other propane co. plus extra fees!

Thought I'd give Amerigas another shot after years of using Barnett's. Just wanted to price check out there since I own my tank and called the "local" number to get a quote. I was routed to some national call center and placed on hold for 8 minutes (I finally hung up) just to get a number to call locally to get a price quote. I called Barnett's back and talked to a local rep and got the quote in 15 seconds.Amerigas needs to get their customer service issues handled. i will not call back.

Xtrmly bad experience. As a new customer & leasing 575lbs prop. tank, it's a reasonable expectationthat a decent tank be given. I requested replacing this 16yrs old Amrgs corroded (a blight!) tank. I wasted 4 days of "no shows/ no calls" . Thursday, I called Cust. Serv & was informed , " they are on their way & will be here bet 1 - 2pm".Later, was notified via email that service was completed? Still waiting for Service Mngr ? to call me... Where's the propane tank???

Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with bar none. We are still getting bills and threatening letters 8 months after we paid our bill in full and switched to a reputable local service. And we still have their empty tank sitting in our yard although I have repeatedly requested that they pick it up

Seriously the worst. I would not recommend and would not use them again if I didn’t need the propane. I have a locked gate( I have dogs) and I specifically always tell them to call before heading to my house so that I can unlock the gate. Well they never do and they end up leaving And I always have to end up rescheduling and sitting home all day for a couple more days.

I ran out of propane. Haven’t used propane in 20 years. Paid an extra $300 for delivery yesterday. This did not include the propane. Told they would fill tank and light my pilot lights. Guy got here and couldn’t light furnace so he left. I have no idea how to do this. When I called them they said they would look into this and call me back. I have heard nothing from them. I would not have heat if not for the help of a great friend. Looked up to file a complaint and the BBB had 904 complaints from amerigas customers. Don’t use this company ever.???

2nd year of being a customer. Not one good experience, Billing, notification, on-line support, customer service phone, response to issues, all failures. Will change to different supplier, suggest you do the same.

Aside from never picking up the phone, or the recording saying they can't pick up (even during business hours). A driver finally came today after 13 days (they said 5-7) he went off the driveway and left ruts next to it. No reason to leave the drive either.
