“I have been renting here for three years and have seen a dramatic increase in investment in the tenants. The laundry room has been updated with new countertops and folding areas. Additionally, trash service has been added; leave it out on designated days, no more walking to the dumpsters (which really helps the elders). The major thing I appreciate is the manager's attentiveness to issues and quick responses, especially Taneshia, who has been a long-time manager here. Whether you need a work order or someone to hold your mail, it makes you feel valued. There are periodical events for tenants in a lovely day room, complemented by the renovated pool, which makes the stay that much more homey.”

“Easily the nicest sierra vista apartments. I toured several and this was the only one that looked even better in person. The leasing office was extremely helpful in getting everything set up. When we moved in the apartment was spotless. Maintenence is fast and the other residents are quiet and friendly.”
