She found a loose connection which she fixed so I didn't have to purchase a new light bulb. I was most appreciative. Samantha was very friendly, professional, and helpful. I’m traveling, all of the sudden my dash tells me my truck is low on oil, I still have 2 hrs to go! I found my local AutoZone, store #2734 and as upset as I was MORGAN made me feel at ease. Morgan greeted me as I entered, demonstrated genuine concern, helped me find exactly what I was looking for. HE NOT ONLY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND BUT WAS ALSO RUNNING TWO COMPUTERS AT THE SAME TIME!!! I truly hope every AutoZone has someone like MORGAN. Someone PLEASE give him a raise, it’s this kind of customer service that invites a consumer to keep coming back :-))”

Scheduling was easy, part was in next day, and I was able to get the repair done the day after that.
