I went in to open a checking account and had the most wonderful experience. The customer service far exceeded my expectations. The team member that I worked with,Susan, was so kind, courteous and professional. She made the process seamless. I can not recommend this branch enough.

I always go there to make deposits through the machine, that they need to fix permanently. There is one staff teller in there named Jessica, I brought Pennie’s and quarters to her she told me to bring them in the rolls. I sat in the building and rolled my Pennie’s and dimes put the dimes in the quarter rolls because I didn’t have a dime roller. Went back up to her and she said the dimes don’t go in the quarter rollers. Obviously I did it in there because I didn’t have quarter rollers duh she is horrible she doesn’t count change and makes everything hard I don’t like her she needs to be fired fire Jessica please and the other Indian woman they both like to gossip. It gives they want attention lame tellers should be fired immediately !!!

This bank has the worse customer service for the elderly that are unable to leave their homes and depend on others to go here to do their personal banking for them. I was just in there today to get cash for a friend of mine who has not left her home since pre-covid and has serious health issues. She wrote me a check so she could have cash on hand to pay people that run errands or do side work for her and since she unable to leave her home she put wrote the check out to me and they wanted $40 (2%) to cash the check since I'm not a member nor will I ever be!
They said there would have been NO CHARGE if she made it out to cash and came in herself...well DUH, if she was able to leave her home I wouldn't have been there for her!
So I went to My bank...National Bank where they have GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and didn't they didn't try to EXTORT $40 from my friend like PNC Bank tried to!
I hand another issue with this bank with another friend who was unable to leave her home but needed cash on hand so I tried to get it for her from the ATM outside the bank and it wasn't working so I went inside and explained the issue, they said they couldn't help me and sent me to a Circle K down the street to use their ATM.
I find this PNC Bank has NO COMPASSION for the ELDERLY OR THE HANDICAP!
WORSE BANK IN SIERRA VISTA AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE YOUNG OR OLD!!!

I first opened my account with PNC Bank back in 2016 best bank I ever had the pleasure to work with.
I remember when they would call you up once a month and see haw things are going and to see if anything was needed, Wow that actually did this not so long ago.. now I have to have 2 forms of identification to make a deposit into a savings account, this bank unfortunately I do have money in this terrible bank.. but it wouldn’t hurt me if somebody robbed this bank…. IT SUCKS!

This is actually 0 stars. They will not allow you to close an account. I have been trying for 2 weeks. I’ve been told multiple times my account is being closed. I have spoken to them, I have it in writing. Yet my account still isn’t closed. I continue to contact them repeatedly to close the account, they say they’re sorry the 20 prior agents all made mistakes, assure me my account will be closed, then the next day I go through it all again like it never even happened. Worst bank I’ve ever dealt with.

I've had an overall good experience with PNC since opening a business account 6 months ago. Minor issues solved quickly. Competent friendly staff. Good location. ATM has only been down once in 6 months. Couple times they were out of $20's. They do seem to have a lot of fees, which is primarily how banks make a profit besides interest and investing. But the fees are reasonable. PNC is business and cash friendly, unlike any other bank I've used.

I've been a PNC bank customer since they bought National City when I lived in Mi. I can't tell you the bells and whistles they deserved then. That was then. They're now in Sierra Vista Az and my biggest banking mistake since moving to AZ was opening an additional account with them.15 days and counting and I still can't do what I want with the account. Between the branch and cooperate I've now spoken to 11 different people and they all have the same canned speech answer " 48 hours".In my limited mathematical back ground that's 2 days, not 15.Stay where your at folks, this bank as gone the way of used toilet paper

PNC replaced BBVA and BBVA was a very professional and customer-orientated bank and in my experience, PNC is definitely not. Also, I notice that the older high ratings were for BBVA; PNC acquired BBVA in November 2020.The problems I’ve had with PNC are too long to address here and all I can say is, “they simply don’t care.”If you expecting courteous and caring behavior, you might find it with ex-BBVA tellers, but you won’t find it with PNC Bank.I’m in the process of closing my PNC account and transferring it to a bank that truly values their customers.

Wish I could give even less of a review. I got overdrafted from my account being hacked into then charged a service fee from idk what, then a monthly overdraft bc I wasn’t aware my account was over drafted bc I haven’t used it in two month so now I owe a huge amount of money for something I didn’t even do or was aware of. The employees in the actual bank in Sierra Vista are great, but the customer service call line is absolutely horrible! Just rude!

My wife and I have banked here for well over 20 years. The entire staff each and every time we go in is amazing and always make us feel at home. Big kudos to Anna!

Always very friendly and helpful, short lines usually. Sometimes a wait to see a banker, not sure if they take appointments.
