I left my coat in the closet in the room I was staying in. I called a few hours later to see if the staff recovered it. They said they would check but they never called back. I called the next day and the same person answered. They said that the room was checked and the housekeeping staff did not find or report a missing coat from that room. My conclusion is that it was taken by one of the housekeeping staff members. I know that I made a mistake by leaving the coat there but that doesn't give anyone, especially an employee, the right to take it and/or not report it. I usually stay at Best Western hotels when I travel and this is my first bad experience with them. I won't be staying at this location again.

This is the 4th motel that we have stayed at during our vacation in the past week and it is the nicest so far. I would have rated it 5 stars except that the bed pillows are like rocks and the bathroom is a little cramped. The motel is in a very nice location and it is extremely clean. The bed is very comfortable except the pillow is like a rock. The building is extremely quiet and seems to have good soundproofing. The breakfast was excellent and very fresh. The scrambled eggs were soft and tasted great. Their pancake machine is amazing and is better than the usual waffle makers. Employees are nice too. Great job!

We 3 adults stayed two nights in a small hotel room. I mention this b/c the previous 2 visits here, 2 of us had a larger more comfortable room. This room was OK and the nights were relatively quiet for sleeping. Both of the ladies that served the breakfast area were excellent, keeping everything very well maintained. We compliment their efficiency. Some how while using BW website, we were unaware that it switched to Priceline. Could this be the reason for the tiny room size?Rooms: Clean but crowded for three people

This was a great hotel. Our room was very clean and so was the breakfast area. Very good breakfast where they even had gluten free and dairy free options. The only thing I thought was a little strange was how small the bathroom was. If the door opened the opposite direction, it would have been better. I was really glad I wasn't a larger person.Nearby activities: There is a great donut shop super close by and two of our favorite restaurants nearby as well--Angry German and 143 Tacos.

I LOVED MY STAY HERE. The pool was heated. There is a hottub. Fire pit. Huge grill area and the breakfast was right out of a buffet. Loved it.

TLDR: if you know what you're booking, this will be a very pleasant stay, for you and your traveling animal companions. (Dog friendly)I was very pleasantly surprised with my stay at this particular location. Yes, it's a two-star hotel. So what does that mean? It means the beds are rock hard, the water pressure is sorely lacking, and the linens are not fluffy or soft. All of that aside, the grounds are quite nice, the dining area which is open for breakfast was laid out well with spacious and comfortable accommodations and tables. The amenities in this dining hall include the standard coffee maker with regular and decaf, as well as a custom coffee drink machine that makes a pretty good latte or mocha. The selections for breakfast are a notch above. Where other similar chains have done away with things like bacon, oatmeal, varieties of fruit and real eggs, this location served up a true breakfast feast. Bacon and sausage that was actually cooked, whether on a grill or in the oven I'm not sure, but it was vastly superior to the steamed/ microwave sausage you generally get. There were no sad biscuits and even saddle gravy here, but there were hash brown discs what looked and tasted like freshly made scrambled eggs, varieties of pastries and breads as well as a pancake maker. Fruits such as bananas oranges and raisins were present as was the standard oatmeal and cereal selections. An added bonus for me was the presence of pretty good tortillas, cheeses, and an available microwave for your melting pleasure. That alone is worth bragging about as other chains cut back on the simple things like this to cut costs. The rooms themselves were kept very clean and in good repair. The lens were crisp and the towels while not soft or very absorbent and did their job well. I was not a fan of the crampness of the bathroom themselves, but overall the room was comfortable, the Wi-Fi was fast enough, and after having spent 14 hours on the road I slept well even on a harder mattress. There were issues with other guests that could have caused problems for our stay, but the staff handled them in a way that I was not overly impacted and it did not pull from my enjoyment of the establishment itself. The back patio area sports of fire pit, which can be a great place to relax in the evening, and the other amenities you'll see on the site were in good repair.Overall I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is a great place to stay when visiting friends and family in this area. Everything was clean and neat. The daily breakfast bar is fantastic and filling. We stayed a few days and had breakfast daily. The staff is friendly and smiles whenever you see them. I shocked the cleaning staff one day by opening the door in full Halloween makeup- mid YouTube recording and they just complimented my look.... After the initial shock wore off. They brought up clean linens and refreshed toiletries as needed. I would definitely stay here if visiting friends again.

This is our new favorite home away from home. We were treated so well and so warmly by everyone from the front desk to the cleaning staff. Our dog (she is very well behaved) was also welcomed at every turn. We are in Sierra Vista often and are happy to know that this little gem awaits us each time. Thank you so much for all you do!

Every visit, I like this hotel more - the staff I find cheery, helpful, and effective. My mountain-view balcony room is perfect - clean and cozy. The full hot breakfast is exceptional.Noteworthy details: Near Fort Huachuca - Restaurant-brewery next door

Basic. It's not that affordable for your basic needs. Pool closed at 9pm. Rooms were clean and well stocked. Breakfast was okay. there were plenty of options to eat.

I think the only, and I mean only, thing we found an issue with is that the pool was not cleaned every day. There was dirt in it both days we wanted to swim. Tyler, the night hotel manager, was the most pleasant and kind person we've encountered at the hotel. What a fabulous attitude at work. Kudos and great talking to you Tyler!Rooms: Clean and updatedNearby activities: Not much open after 6pmSafety: Safe and no issuesWalkability: Food, stores and quick shopping within a mileFood & drinks: Their hotel drinks were a welcome treat in the morning when caffeine was needed.
