The community manager and assistant have been outstanding. The team has always provides answer and recommendation the board looking for. Their contacts with multiple contractors locally make easy for the board to make decision and keep the community beautiful. The manager on top of things and gets things done. They have committed, knows their stuff and gives wise council in board meetings to keep the right path. Over years they supply services for HOA and have a thorough understanding of construction, service technicians and trades needed to manage an HOA. They are honest, professional, helpful, pleasant and responsive, provides status update on requests and offering sound advice with communication and follow‑through.
