Been a patient here for a long time. I don't visit the doctor much, average every 7 years. But I called to make an appointment on Monday, they got me in Friday. Easy check in, put your ID and insurance card in a scanner and have a seat. They got me in at exactly my appointment time and took my vitals. Provider came in less than 3 minutes later, very thorough and efficient. Got blood drawn and a referral. Was out of there in less than 30 minutes. They've got the system dialed in here.

I want to point out the Spanish speaking associate, whom show no patience with my wife on 03/29/23. My wife whom was in pain, (thus the visit) asked a question regarding excess, intake paperwork. This young lady blew A gasket and went off on her, stating among other things " if you won't fill out the paperwork, you can find another doctor" talk about lack of professionalism. Too bad cause we did just that.

Our Np Laura Goeth will be retiring, our family will be missing her. She has been the best NP we have had. She is very polite, professional, caring, good bedside manners, listens to our symptoms very well. She has done a good job taking care of my family. Sorry to see ya go.

I have been waiting for a nurse for 3 days to call me back. Every time I call the receptionist, Rita ( who by the way) talks to me like I am a child. This is why once Miss Laura retires I will be leaving this clinic

I love going to Dr Carnetts office. I have never met Dr Cornett but I'm taken care of by his NPs. Once they told me I had too much bad cholesterol so I drank alot of grapefruit juice and damaged my kidneys. So now I take cholesterol pills. My nurse also told me I only had a couple of yrs to live. Another thing great about going to Carnetts is I never have to wait. However I will need to find a Dr about my kidney situation.

I am looking for another doctor not because of the treatment that I recieve from the nurse practitioners at Carnett Clinic but because of the poor, unprofessional office staff.Rita is the absolute worse. Her attitude, her demeanor, the way she approaches all the patients is unprofessional and is either encouraged or ignored by the office manager Terry.Even after trying to talk with Terry who became disrespectful and even more confrontational than Rita, Terry decided to come into the room where I was getting ready to give my blood and continue to try and argue with me. In a follow up phone call with Terry she informed me that Rita has worked for her for 16 years. That does not excuse her lack of people skills.In all of the years that I have recieved medical care I have never once met the doctor and I had heard that Dr. Carnett retired.

I have been going to Dr Carnett's clinic since 2000. I have always had exceptional care, not only by Dr Carnett but his NP's. The staff is kind and always tries to accommodate my needs. The only reason this review doesn't give 5 stars is I've had to wait for approval on refill meds a couple of times. With the population surge in Sierra Vista all the local doctors have become super busy. I wouldn't go anywhere else - I trust them implicitly.

Once you get past the unprofessional and extremely rude Rita, the medical staff and service is great. This does not justify how Rita treats ALL patients!

Have fun visiting their virtual assistant from who knows where, probably making 2 dollars an hour with all your personal info.Will never be back.The nurse I use to see was nice though.

Carnett Clinic you have wonder NP's, however your office staff is absolutely HORRIBLE! I think you should get rid of your actual staff and just use the virtual assistants, they are much friendlier and helpful. My whole family has been going to Carnett Clinic for at least 15 years, but now I have made the decision to switch my ENTIRE family to a new PCP not due to the care of the medical staff, but due to RITA the Office Manger. WAKE UP Carnett Clinic, look at these reviews and on other sites. GET RID OF YOUR OFFICE MANAGER or LOSE LOYAL PATIENTS. The "You are Fired" letter is a real thing, because my friend received one after she complained about "Ms. Rita", not giving her the satisfaction of writing another letter and wasting postage, so I am doing you a favor... I QUIT!

If you want to deal with virtual assistants sitting in the Philippines with poor English language skills because the staff is just so busy to provide their patients with personal customer service, this is the place for you. If you manage to get connected to the front office and express your frustration, the friendly receptionist Rita will give you a “Too Bad too Sad, that is how we do things in this office” response and send you a letter “firing” you as a patient.
