The cross-section oak plank used for the show room's countertop were magnificent and great conversation pieces with Mark. Charmaine was upfront about the limitation on delivery from the east coast but in the end, it all worked out. Great communication. And I can say she can handle a forklift. Their preferred installer Jimbo was excellent. Prompt and professional, explaining the various techniques he used in laying the carpet and ensuring it would not fray. Overall, a fine transaction and we will use them again.”

“Initially everything was going good, worked over the phone got a quick measurement and then got a quote, went down 2 hours later to pay and once in the door they said they messed up the math and ran it up another $370 would rather than do it right the first time or stick with the original quote but under short time frame I've got to go with it... Still much quicker process than home Depot or Lowe's...even if a little more $”
