Anyone else working from home and have unreliable internet service with cox? They talked me into wireless Joey's now if the internet goes out that's it,last month I lost 2 days of work because loss of internet yesterday I lost most of the day,I call to find when my contract is up they hang up on me.Thanks cox.again today ?

Literally the worst company I've ever worked with been with out internet for over two days. And they still can't fix it. Won't tell you the issue and can't give you a time-line when it will be fixed. Call them its just bot after bot.

We were behind one month on our bill, they charged as for two months, I called their customer service number to get an extension on the payment which would have been paid off in full in two weeks time, The woman that I talked with said yes, of course not a problem, and never did give us an extension on it, Cox decided to turn the service off, i called and put more than what the bill was for, nothing was said about a reactivation fee, looked at the current bill, and it had a 40.00 reactivation fee, talked with some woman on chat and she told me wince we refused to the pay the bill regardless, of the lady not extending the payment for it, the fee will stand and she didn't want to hear anything about ab the subject! I am getting ready to have Cox remove their services and stick it where the sun doesn't shine.

I've been dealing with loss of connection for several years. It seems to always happen during the summer. Everyday from 8am to 2pm during the summer. My internet connections disconnect s and reconnects constantly. I've done everything that I can by changing modems and even using cox modems and back to netgear modems. Also tried using different outlets throughout my house using extension cords. Even had a cox tech come out to rewire the cable outside my house. But that didn't work either. Everytime I speak to customer service, they always say it's back up and it's solved, as I always tell them the issue they always say it will not disconnect and will work.When it works, it works great, but this ongoing issue that cox doesn't understand how to fix.If you have different service providers, I would recommend trying them out.

Mike was super helpful. After being on hold with Cox for 20 minutes and not sure if my service was handled correctly. I called this location and Mike was able to handle it and take care of everything in less than 5 minutes. Keep up the great work.

Recently I had an issue with billing. Noted on the bill Cox added $25 fee for insufficient funds. However the bill was paid with a check and the check cleared the bank no problem. I called Cox spoke to a gentleman Ameer who said a card was used and it didn't go through. I told him we used a check not a card. He said a card was used. I asked to speak to a supervisor/manager. Landao explained that there had been a credit card on file and when the check didn't show on the payment due date it was used. Unbeknown to me a card was listed and the card was cancelled a few years back. We got the issue resolved and Landao waved the $25 fee. Thanks for Landao things were resolved. Thank you!!!!!

Only provider in the area, little pricier than other places but what can you do. Cancellation when PCSing was super easy, same with returning equipment, didn’t take more than a few minutes to drop off and get a receipt.

Sub-par internet service provider with an even worse customer service. I've been to 6 states, 3 countries, and this has been the worst experience by far. The only saving grace is that I get to leave this terrible service behind me.

Thieves and scammers. Told me my new place requires wiring since no one had cox there for two years! Also the price they gave me was way more than what it is offered online. I walked out and ordered online. Of course, no wiring was required, and I got much faster internet with half of the price they offered at the store. My equipment showed up in 2 days and all I needed was to turn the modem on!

Cox internet is the worst service I've had in my life by far. Frequent outages. Slow internet. Less than advertised speeds. Expensive for data. And worst of all A CAP ON DATA! Who does that today? If there was any other option, I would not use them.

You might as well not get any service at all. We par for some of the best service and internet is horrible. You can't watch a video or do anything online with Cox internet. It's insane we are paying for 5G and it's worse then having 1 bar. If you work from home you'd probably get fired in less then a day.

I've had fox in the past and they've been great... 2023 idk if they've changed policies or what but customer service has not been good, previously tried doing auto pay, wasn't set up correctly, wouldn't waive a late fee. I found another cable company to be more reasonably priced and easier to deal with. Canceling coz they charged another 80$ even after cancelling my bill. They're expensive for the download speeds available. I'm paying the same amount for 1g download speed through another company that fox charged for 250mbps download speed. I don't recommend cox. I've never been so mad. But if you do go with them... for the love of god do not forget you pin or you will never access your account no matter how much personal information you can give them. They wouldn't even credit or discount the cancel for as a small gesture for being such a horrible experience which tells me fox as a company does not care about their customer service. I will never return to them again.
