So happy that they have a kids class! My daughter is 9 and she absolutely loves it! All the coaches are super nice and very professional! Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Oh man, where do I start? They are family. They were so welcoming when I started and continue to do so. The workouts are challenging but always fun and worth it. They are also engaging with the community, which I love. It’s honestly my favorite part of the day! ❤️ 10/10 recommend!
