I have been using this pharmacy for over 5 years now and for the most part it's been good. I don't really go to the location often as I'm legally blind and I have a tendency to just have my meds ordered straight to my door. It's the core reason that I stay with them. When I first started using them as a company it was an amazing experience. There was always a friendly face and if I called in they always remembered my name. Even post transition. On the rare occasion that I had to pick something up it was always warm talks and handshakes and if anything went wrong we worked together to fix it. The human condition was the rule there.Eventually the pandemic happened and the pharmacy experienced a very large turnover. At first I was a little put off by this but change happens as it's a part of life. Well. Not all changed is good. Now when I call everything is very cold and sterile. Not a hint of life really. If an issue pops up I can expect to work by myself to solve it. I have had 2 instances where meds were underfilled and when I called to get the remainder of the meds I was told that they weren't ready to be refilled. Asking for the rest of the script and requesting a full refill are not the same thing. I have had issues with getting scripts in the door and I often have to call back and forth between the pharmacy and my Drs office to get things rolling. If I leave it in their hands nothing progresses. I have on one occasion had to show up in person to get some antibiotics and the person I was working with at the time seemed ok. I have had issues with shipping as well. There seems to be no consensus about procedurals. Sometimes I'm told that I need to call to have my meds shipped. On other occasions the box just showed up to my door which is a very nice surprise. There doesn't really seem to be any sort of consistency. Overall I keep this pharmacy simply because of a lack of options. There's no other pharmacy In my town that ships meds to my door so I'm kinda stuck here out of need, not generally want. I miss the old crew alot and the humanity that they always showed. Now it's just stilted dialogue and a fair bit of apathy paired up with people being rude sometimes. Calls are painful and I feel less like a person and more like another number being processed. It's rough. I wish I had other options.Updated to fix spelling errors.

They have always gone above and beyond for me. Clean, courteous, quick, and professional.They are closed weekends, and daily from 12 to 1pm for lunch; so that's the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5.
