“I wanted to share a positive experience I had at Home Depot in Sierra Vista,, AZ. I had a situation shopping for a refrigerator that they had featured and displayed not being in stock. When I reached out to customer service they directed me to speak with Scott M. ( supervisor) Who quickly and efficiently took care of the situation,”

“I so here pretty regularly and it's always been pretty on par, in a good way. I recently used their dog wash booth and while everything worked, it was in a pretty poor state. It was pretty dirty, there was 2 towels left and the dirty towel bins were over filled and therefore there were towels all over the floor. Not horrible but far less than ideal or what id expect. Very useful though, just need cleaned up a little more often.”
