“Unfortunately, I had to make several claims in this past year, from towing to car damage. I find the take a photo and send it through the app or fax your tow bill to be cumbersome and confusing. Consistently, I have called LaRae's office and received excellent help. Maia has been my immediate point of contact and assisted me from the submit a tow bill to the more confusing "they want to total my car" or "I am out of state and the potholes were so bad they damaged my car" situations. Maia is always pleasant, willing to talk to service people, figure out how to get the automatic system to stop emailing me, and follows up regularly keeping me informed every step of the way.
