“At 1st this was going to be a negative review, my husband and I were there today, met an elderly lady who needed help. “We” helped her as much we could but needed a customer representative to help her get the lawn mower and trimmer she needed! I asked 3 different employees for help, but not one showed up! I found Tyler, told him what was going on, he stopped what he was doing and came immediately to assist! It was not his department but he quickly got Tre to come and that young man was AMAZING!!! I also spoke with the supervisor Tony and informed him of the whole situation! He was very nice and thanked me for letting him know about the help we “didn’t” get and the help we “did”! Tyler and Tre were AWESOME and we appreciate their help very much, as I’m sure the elderly is just as grateful as we are🥰This was at the Sierra Vista AZ store!”
