“So far they are awesome. We had a difficult situation with a different Realty company at the very end of the month and Sierra shadows realty helped us squeeze right in by the first of the month . Any issues we've came across they've gotten it done in a timely manner. We came from a landlord who would take months to fix something, and Kathy and KD make sure it's done within a week, which to me is very reasonable especially with the way things are these days. Our heater went out and they had someone come the same day and help us get it going again. Any light fixture issues we had discovered they fixed. I love the fact this company is family owned. Gives it a good mom and pop feel. I've lived all over the country and rented from many places and this has been one of the best experiences we've had given the emergency we ran into before renting from them. “ARIZONA HomeStores, LLC, in Sierra Vista has been my property manager for six years. A couple years ago, this agency came under new management. The team is responsive and generally error free in conducting routine correspondence with me. I recently completed a HVAC installation and worked everything remotely with the vendors. AZ HomeStores was on top of everything and everything 'went off without a hitch' so to speak. Last month I was notified of an emergency water leak from the main line. They were quickly able to get a reasonable plumber out to the property to fix the issues immediately.”
