“We have kept our Motorhome under cover and plugged in to 110 for the summer. We approached AAA Fort Storage winter of 2024 we were hoping to have a space by April 1, 2025. They put us on a list as they had no availability at that time. They called us end of February 2025 and we were able to pay and get a site, that is first class service. The facility is clean, well maintained and well managed. There are two public restroom locations (that I know of) on the property, that is helpful! Several times I emailed them with a need or a question and they promptly responded. I would definitely use this facility for storing a vehicle or for a storage shed.”

“Mark and Shawn were fantastic! The wrong product arrived and it was supposed to be a hitch for an installation on my minivan.. Shawn drove up and back to Tucson to get the right hitch for the installation. I cannot recommend these guys enough! Super excited to leave on our road trip tomorrow!”
“Could use a cleaning on occasion. Not every bay is created equally with water pressure, or just general functionality… but it’s the only self wash in the area… so… that’s pretty cool.”

“Everyone here has been so incredibly helpful. My things were put into storage by someone else, who gave me the wrong gate code. I had to take over the lease on the unit to get my things back and they got it transferred to me the same month I talked to them even though he and I were both in other states for the whole process. When I figured out he’d given me the wrong code, the office was closed but the property manager got a new one set up for me remotely and gave me a temporary code to use before that one went through. There were so many points I thought something was about to be a huge problem for me and they just got it taken care of right away instead.”
“Took a motorcycle trailer to Kixs for some welding repairs. Charlie was amazing his attention to detail is unsurpassed. Charlie goes above and beyond to make everything right. Charlie is a perfectionist and I highly recommend him if you find yourself needing some welding in the Sierra Vista area.”

I worked closely with Elaine, Danny, Roy, and Patrick and all were extremely professional and courteous. Everything in my three bedroom home on Fort Huachuca was properly packed, inventoried, and loaded into crates. Everyone was friendly and I would gladly do business with them again in the future.”
