“I had been a client for 12 years - yes. I said twelve years I had stuff in storage. Honestly, they are a fantastic company and resource. I was often away for very long periods of time and never had any issues w lock damage or attempts at theft. The unit never flooded and there never was incursion from the units around mine. My property was not damaged in any way. Location of unit matters and they have set their units up so that they won’t flood and there won’t be theft/break-in attempts. My payments were never a problem to make and any time I called w questions or updates, I was promptly helped and everyone was always polite. I can’t say enough great things. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!!”
“Stopped into the U-Haul office a few weeks ago, just needed to grab a dolly to move a frig. I was greeted by Daniel Mays. Costumer service should be his middle name. A few minutes later, the Dolly was rented and Daniel grabbed the Dolly and walked out and loaded it into my truck for me. To me, that's a step above. No matter what you need to move, check in with U-Haul. They make moving anything easy.”
“We rented a unit in Oct. of 2022 for our furniture/processions after a move to Washington. Finally went back to get our things in May of 2026. Everything was in perfect order, did not even see a single bug or spider. Was very pleased and highly recommend this facility.”

“Could use a cleaning on occasion. Not every bay is created equally with water pressure, or just general functionality… but it’s the only self wash in the area… so… that’s pretty cool.”
“Mark and Shawn were fantastic! The wrong product arrived and it was supposed to be a hitch for an installation on my minivan.. Shawn drove up and back to Tucson to get the right hitch for the installation. I cannot recommend these guys enough! Super excited to leave on our road trip tomorrow!”

I worked closely with Elaine, Danny, Roy, and Patrick and all were extremely professional and courteous. “These guys are absolutely the best Uhaul place I have worked with. I am active and move a lot, and use Uhaul alot. This location along with the one on Fry, just has amazing service. I will say, I got a LOT of spiders in my drive up storage unit.... but that's nature and it's not the companies fault.”
