“Had a stubborn headlight assembly that would not come out. (Needed to replace headlight lamp. I had tried for 2 days. Car guy neighbor tried. Not happening.) I just dropped in. No appt. Mark is out of town but his guy was there. (Forgot to ask his name!) Had stopped by Ford but they wanted me to leave the car for TWO DAYS!!! Plus would have charged shop rates. Mark's guy got it out in just a cpl mins. What a relief to have that done! He shook my hand and said have a nice day! Wait.. what?! I love the mom n pop shops. I will be back!”

“My first time at this auto repair store. The check in/waiting area was clean, the bathroom was also clean (always a positive) and the counter agent was pleasant to visit with. I went in for an 80K service and the mechanic took photos with explanations and sent it all to my phone! Now I can schedule only what is needed in the near future! Very pleased with this business!”
