This experience is McDreamy beyond surreal! For me to even begin to contemplate issues would be sensationalized and considered "nitpicking "This is as close to home as one could ever dream of! The fluffy type of dreams with pillows that perhaps would taste and feel as cushy as the yummiest marshmallow. These comforts and amenities most definitely amount to a heroes welcomeI'll post my experience and allow you to see what I saw. BTW, this was, by far, a five-star experience!!!

I'm sensitive to smoke, and they didn't hesitate to switch my room since another was available when I told them there was a residual smoke smell in our first room. They did carpet cleaning while we were there, which was minimally inconvenient, but I appreciate knowing that they're up on it. Enjoyed the pool. Delicious included breakfast.Food & drinks: Includes breakfast. Vending is also available.

Great location is all this place has going for it. Rooms are OK. Bathroom is very small. Service could be a lor better. I had a package delivered and the front desk didn't bother to call my room saying it had arrived. Room Service could use improvement. To get toiletries, I had to go to the front desk. Free breakfast is a joke. Better to stay at IHG, Hilton or Best Western. Much better value for the money.

This is probably one of the best equipped, best location, best staff hotels in the area. Everyone is friendly and helpful. It's in a relatively safe location near the mall and cinema.Rooms: Rooms have full fridges and stoves so great for extended stays.

Last April, I had a major issue with Fairfield Inn & Suites that took Corporate Marriott and Google Maps Timeline and way too much of my time to alleviate. This visit (for work again on Fort Huachuca) I decided to try this one. Within 30 seconds, the culture/personality/professionalism made me think that this property was also managed by Sunridge Hotel Group. A little googling and that was quickly confirmed. The hotel is in great shape. However the service and price for a TownePlace in a military community of 45,000 is absolutely wrong. I ended in a two bedroom room with no option of government rate at a shocking price of $369 for the night. Perhaps I should of been given a normal rate of $209 with an Ambassador Elite upgrade to the room. Further exasperated by the fact that I arrived after midnight and left at 0630. Sunridge Hotel,... YOU ARE NOT Sedona, AZ, nor are you a JW Marriott of Sierra Vista. With over 850 lifetime nights in Marriotts in the last 13 years, I have never ran into anything like this before. I will be back to Fort Huachuca, but it is highly likely that I will stay at either location. I will be staying for the first time in a very longtime at something outside of Marriott.

We were looking forward to staying at the Marriott hotel. We chose Marriott because we had our pet with us, which to us he is our family. We knew that on top of the $180 bedroom fee for one queen, we would have a $100 pet fee, and that was fine because our pet matters to us. We arrived at Sierra Vista, AZ, after a long drive. I called the hotel early in the morning to let them know we would check in past 10 pm, and the staff acknowledged stating they would put a note on the system. We are military, and we are used to traveling with our pet. When we arrived at the hotel, the room was smaller than the website advertised, and that was okay, but then we noticed candy, dog food, dust, dirty sucks, dead bugs, etc., under the bed and the couch. It is unacceptable to charge a $100 pet fee yet not meet cleaning expectations, especially when there was so much time to prepare the room. When I notified the front desk, they said they would talk to the cleaning staff, but we only stayed for one night, and talking to the staff made no difference to our stay. Disappointing stay that did not meet the "Marriott brand" expectations.

I was on the road and stay for a night and got room 218, a terrible room by the way, you could hear the elevator noises all night long and couldn't sleep well. It was very annoying. I reported it to the front desk and all they said was "sorry to hear that". I'm pretty sure they have better rooms but not sure if I will try my luck again with this hotel.
