“The entire team was so helpful and kind as I stayed in the car with my toddler and baby. I had 2 dogs that needed their vaccines and they came out to talk to me & brought each dog in one by one so I could stay in the car with my babies. Beyond grateful for the kindness and service! “It's no understatement that the VCA Apache team saved my best friend's life. He got himself attacked by a bigger dog early in the day. Dobby needed weeks of frequent care before we could return home out of state. He got both the urgent and long term care he needed at VCA Apache.
The team was so kind to my little friend and were very clear about care plans. They even helped me find the best care with more affordable options.
When we were able to return home, our regular veterinary team (who also run a vet ER) were impressed with the care he received in Sierra Vista at Apache.
We needed deep and later necrotic wound care, lab testing, skin removal, stitches, staples, and emotional care (Dobby is mostly chihuahua).
They also helped me learn all of the dangers Sierra Vista hiking poses to dogs long before he was injured - they helped keep him safe while we explored.
