If I could rate minus stars, I would. Untrained and unprofessional workers answering the phone in the pharmacy. On hold for over 30 minutes, just for the women I was speaking to, to have a melt down and hang up on me. I am now looking into a different pharmacy.

When I was in this store this morning, I think I saw $6.49 for a simple bag of Doritos? RETARD PRICE

Sierra Vista Walgreens is terrible! Just another huge corporation we can expect worthless customer service from.

Always a line at the Pharmacy and a little slow. They usually have my prescription in stock.

If I could leave negative stars, I would. The lack of urgency in the pharmacy is atrocious. They don’t mind wasting people’s time when serving them. Save your time and go to another pharmacy to have your prescriptions filled, you won’t be sorry. The associates in the front are usually helpful and quick, maybe they should help the others learn how to use the and check people out.

Would prefer to leave 0 stars. As others have mentioned, the pharmacy picks up the phone and hangs up on callers without speaking to them.

I don't know what happened they used to be great. Auto refills not done. Orders weeks long not filled. When you have chronic serious conditions you rely on them. But i have gone without and with auto refills this shouldn't happen. After YEARS of being a loyal customer, I'm going to another pharmacy and I will never be back.

The pharmacy has terrible customer service. When you call they keep you on hold for up to 10 to 15 minutes or more before answering at times. I wish this pharmacy cared more about the feelings & time of their customers. Our time is valuable also & getting rude customer service after being on hold for so long makes it very difficult to converse with someone. PLEASE DO BETTER!

Wait time on prescriptions due to short -staffing. I have changed over to a new Pharmacy. A week is too long.

I RECOMMEND YOU GO TO ANOTHER PHARMACY FOR YOUR NEEDS. I rarely write these, but this has been the worst pharmacy AND STORE experience I've had. Currently on hold for 57:52 and still holding. After being on hold in the pharmacy for 28 minutes, I called the main number to ask if the store clerk could help me to know, if the pharmacy was even looking at their phone. IDK, I'd, as employee who takes ownership of her job, may take a peek and at least let the customer know how things were going over there. And if pharmacy was not even looking at the blinking hold light on the phone, I wasn't going to hold any longer and would have thanked her for her help. But I didn't have time to finish my sentence before she transferred me to the same pharmacy hold music that I was already listening to on my other phone. I called back hoping this time to finish my sentence. Clerk didn't answer but directly transferred me to the hold music in pharmacy (pretty sure she recognized my caller id number). This rudeness didn't sit well with me. You're not associated with the pharmacy and can't/won't help? Ok, tell me. But. that. no. I called back with the intent to request to speak to a manager, was immediately transferred to pharmacy hold music 2 more times. I called back, and the clerk just hung up on me without a word. I called back and clerk answered. I requested to speak to the manager. She said, "Sure", then there was silence. I wasn't convinced I hadn't been hung up on again. Spoke to the manager about the unsatisfactory customer service and rude behavior. No resolution. She just soothed me, the customer by listening. Job done, I guess. Now after 1:11:48 on hold with pharmacy, I'm hanging up and will take my business elsewhere.

Whoever owns this Walgreens, you need to hire more people. Been on hold for 20 min without even talking to somebody to find out why my medication has been delayed for the last two weeks... It's insulin, not something crazy complicated or exotic. If your pharmacy staff is too busy to pick up the phone after 20 minutes, you don't have enough staff.
Update: After 35 minutes of being put on hold without talking to a single person, I found a smaller pharmacy in the area. If your insurance covers it, go to Beewell Pharmacy. Nice folks and they picked up the phone within a couple minutes. I'm transferring ALL of my prescriptions to Beewell Pharmacy now because the corporate monster that is Walgreens has failed me for the last time.

Pharmacy does the best they can with ALWAYS being kept so very busy. The other store staff is ALWAYS extra effort in helping with a genuine smile.
