I have had WF accounts for over a decade and couldn't be more disappointed in the downward slide this and other locations have taken. This morning a customer who made an auto payment at this branch had their information and receipt of payment emailed to my father (who is not a WF customer at all and has no accounts here). That's a serious breech of someone's personal information. For the first time ever I (a customer) also had to have my debit card changed 3 times in the past 3 months and I'm beginning to think mistakes like this are now a sad lazy pattern at WF. I'll be closing all of my accounts soon since this is no longer a secure organization. The employees also refuse to answer the phone and conveniently have no answering machine. We almost had to drive down here just to report this issue. The management here has become non existent even when serious situations like this arise your stuck with counter employees like their bosses are hiding in the back inaccessible to us CUSTOMERS. Unacceptable.

Absolutely poor communication. Drove 30 minutes to come into this office which I called ahead of time regarding getting a paper notarized, they specifically said “yes we can notarize that for you.” I’ve been backing with them for over 10 years but never this specific bank. I drive all the way here to Have the young lady who is their notary be so rude and even after they said they had “2” notarizes there and to come on down. I get here and she tells me “you are going to be waiting awhile.” Then the bank manager comes to me to tell me “ok yeah sorry we don’t notarize that document and sorry I was misinformed and he would speak with his tellers.” It wasn’t your tellers it was literally your notary I spoke to on the phone!!!! I will just stick to my original bank at Sierra Vista mall where the employees there are extremely kind unlike these rude people here at 50 E. Fry Blvd Sierra Vista! Hopefully this will be a learning opportunity for your lack of Wells Fargo cans and cannot do. Additionally, the rude notary there, why don’t you try a little kindness and professionalism!

For the first time the ATM screwed me out of my withdrawal. It said it was out of cash after it let me do a withdrawal. Remember that part. So apparently the branch is not affiliated with them. Even though they have keys to them & check to make sure there are no "error codes". I was told " I just checked that machine this morning & it has plenty of money in it. Still with all that I am treated like the bad child for even questioning why I have to wait 10 days to get my $40 back into my account. I proceeded to ask the baldheaded manager ( didn't get a name) what if I was one of those poor people that it was their last 40 to their name & had no gas to get to work, what then? He HAD ZERO EMPATHY & SAID HE WASNT GOING TO ARGUE WITH ME & WE ARE NOT ABOUT NUMBERS! WAIT! WHAT????? I WAS STATING A FACT & the last time I checked banks are all about numbers. I for most of my life was that person. Check to check. I would of gotten fired most likely had this of been a few years ago. I understand they have policies but they also have cameras that record everything. I have seen lots of people go out of their way to make a bad situation better for people but this WAS NOT IT! I've been to lots of branches since I've had the same account for YEARS & this was by far the worst in customer service. The bank teller I had to get another $40 from gave me attitude as well. Seems like she couldn't understand my frustration on basically loosing $40 of my money. Until it's put back in my account I will consider it theft from Wells Fargo

Too busy for my business, I was just ushered out the door because even though employees were available, they claimed just over an hour was insufficient time to set up an account for me. My frustration led to an Internet search on which I discovered I could set up an account myself in six minutes. Perhaps I want informed of this by the bankers to protect their job? Went back after setting up my own account and the teller was very friendly, but the bankers were again pretty dismissive, acting like I was an inconvenience to them.

40 minutes in the drive through with only one car in front of me. Horrible wait time. Do not recommend this location if you are in a hurry or bank through drive through often.

Now there's a recording on the phone saying they won't receive calls at this location! Wow, the laziness of bankers are living up to their reputation! My next move is to close my account with Wells Fargo.

Worst banking experience in sierra vista. Staff is rude and unprofessional, and this is the 2nd time. Use the other location close to the mall instead.

I do not recommend this fry blvd location, they give any excuse not to do their jobs and are very rude. Service is beyond slow and they dont seem to care about wasting everyone's time.

This is the worst branch service I have ever seen, in 40+ years of being a wells fargo customer, and the worst I have ever seen in a bank. PERIOD. 2 incidents stand out: 1. I was trying to open business checking accounts for my wife and I to use. We currently have a checking/savings accounts there. I spent 45+ minutes waiting for a banker to talk to me about opening the accounts. Once seated with him, he spent another 10 minutes going over accounts and features that I didn't want or couldn't use, before asking me what I wanted, a very basic business checking account for my wife and I. He then told me he wouldn't open an account because my wife's not with me, even though they have signature cards, ssn, etc all on file. He then told me to "go home, get my wife, and drive her down here" At a 50 minute drive each way on a friday afternoon where I already spent an hour to get to this point, he was not appreciative when I told him F*** off. I went to another bank and opened the accounts there. 2nd incident: 2 years later, the absolute next time I went in, I had to do a wire transfer. I was told the bankers were busy "all day long" and that I needed to make an appointment for the next day. TO DO A 10 MINUTE WIRE TRANSFER? They then told me to go to another branch. The manager here must be a total asshat, with no CS skills whatsoever.
