“I called O'Reilly's first for a part we needed, they said they couldn't help me. So I was upset but I called AutoZone and Mary answered and she went above and beyond, texting me pictures of parts, finding the correct part for us. 2 weeks later we had to go back after calling Mary again for extra help. She is so dedicated to helping everyone, very friendly, great service and she just cares all around 🤩 We will always go back there to this store in Snowflake”
“I highly recommend Napa Auto Parts. My starter went bad in my truck and Aaron the manager warranted the lifetime starter from 2001. I put the reman starter in but unfortunately it did not work. I brought it back and Aaron asked if I would pay the difference for a brand new one which was only $12 more. I gladly said yes, and installed that one and it started right up! A big thank you to Aaron and Napa Auto parts for their customer service. I highly recommend Napa Auto Parts and am a very happy and satisfied customer.”
