The United States Postal Service (USPS) is the only organization in the country that regularly delivers mail and packages to every residential and business address. Processing and delivering 47% of the world's mail, USPS manages over 30,000 retail locations and is committed to providing secure, reliable, and affordable delivery services. While most customers have positive experiences at their local USPS branch, some have encountered issues with certain employees. One reviewer described a negative interaction with a male postal worker who was rude and accusatory when the customer tried to pick up their packages. The employee questioned the customer's honesty and made the experience unpleasant. However, the same reviewer praised the other employees at the location, especially the two female workers, as being kind and helpful. Another customer shared a similar experience, stating that most of their interactions were positive except for a few months with one particular unhelpful employee. In contrast, one reviewer had an excellent experience after contacting the Postmaster, Carri, who was professional and quick to resolve the issue. Additionally, a customer expressed gratitude for an employee named KP, who demonstrated compassion and helpfulness when assisting a distraught customer. Overall, the USPS provides an essential service to millions of addresses nationwide, with most customers reporting positive experiences at their local post office branches.
Busy place...we've been in here a couple times and both ladies we were greeted by were helpful, informative, and pleasant.

I've lived here four years and found every postal worker to be kind and helpful. My house is off the main road, and its often they'll drive up our gravel driveway to deliver packages to my door. Once I called (they answered the phone!) to track down a deliver. They've always been helpful, small town values I guess.
