Please be nice to your customers! My mom is an elderly Navajo lady and widow she has bad experience with one of the front desk lady who was being very rude and mean!! This happened yesterday morning btw, cold weather today and the front desk lady said “you can’t be hanging around our business you need to be picked up!” Be kind to others. Especially if they’re doing their services there!

Williams Brothers Auto Service in Snowflake is the best. I needed my seat heaters fixed for a trip I'm getting ready to take with my wife. When I stopped by and talked with Larry, a check engine light just recently came on. Larry took out his diagnosis tool to find out my issue. Well, I had a gate valve or something like that failing. I'm so glad Larry checked it without me asking. I set up an appointment and they were able to fix all my problems and do a last minute oil change for me.I highly recommend this shop. Nancy and Krissa that work up in the front office are so nice and kept me informed on the progress on my truck. I trust them with my vehicle and will continue to use them as needed. (It's a F-350 and I live in Cave Creek & Overgaard. It's worth the drive)Services: Electrical

**Show Low shop** We went to Williams Brothers to clean out our air ducts and to replace the blend door for our 2002 Chevy Silverado. Appointment was set for 8am on Monday, we dropped our truck off Sunday night. They didn't get it until 9am on Wednesday. After they took the dash off, they gave me a call at 945am to take a look at how bad it was. We already knew there was an old pack rats nest in the air ducts that caused the blend door to break, that was the whole reason we were there. The mechanic Brandon said we would need an entirely new HVAC system basically because he didn't want to clean it. That would of costs us $3-$4000. I asked how much to clean it and put the dash back on? $1140 and 12 hours of work!! My original quote was $956 and 8 hours. I said just put my dash back on and I'll pay him for his time. Tiffany the rude voice of Williams Brothers stated "that's still 8 hours!" How? It only took him less than 45 minutes to take the dash off? But whatever fine she said she would call me when it's done. I left at 10am, by 3pm I still had not been called so I drove by and there was my truck out front ready to be picked up. I went to pick up my husband and we showed back up at the shop by 430pm. I walked inside, Tiffany slid my invoice over to me, $760! I asked her, "what time was my truck done?" She so confidently said "about 12 minutes ago" I said that's funny because I drove by an hour ago and my truck was out front, I took a picture. Her voice went higher as she said "your truck?" Yea whos truck would I be talking about. She argued back and forth with us for a while because I said I wanted to know what time my truck went back and what time it was done because that is all the "labor" I will be paying for. She said there's no way of knowing, I told her I know you have cameras in the parking lot. She said only nathan can pull that footage and it won't be anytime soon. Then she stated we would never be welcomed back haha as if we would come back. They did a bad job putting the dash back on, they didn't mount the o2 censor back, they cracked the floor board and miraculously my check engine light is on when that light is never on in my truck. They rip you off, overcharge you and are the laziest moronic excuse for mechanics I have ever seen. Don't waste your time or money going to this pathetic shop.

Have a 2004 hyundai sonata..had timing belt replaced. Hopefully the job was good. Williams brother shop charged me for parts I didn't need replaceed..new parts I installed before. Also charged me rent sublet fee2325.00 for two week job. More than the labor fee and parts fee together.. Been a month since my repair was done..and I like to say that I'm am pretty satisfied with the job..plus the charges was reduced...I definitely go back for service..

The people were very nice, however getting through to them via telephone was nearly impossible, and they rarely returned my messages. The mechanic seemed very knowledgeable, unfortunately they were unable to fix the issue, so they recommended a new engine at $6500. Needless to say, I wanted a second opinion.

6th star would have been if I could have had my car in a week earlier... but you can't fault them for being busy.

After visiting the Freightliner shop for troubleshooting on why it would only get to 10# of boost, which equals no performance / acceleration and told it was "normal" for my 40 ft diesel pusher motorhome as it was not the big Cummins and just to live with it, I called BS on that and brought my motorhome in for troubleshooting to Williams Brothers. They found the problem quickly (a hose) repaired it for what I thought was a VERY reasonable price, and now I'm up to 24" boost, and my motorhome runs better than ever! My thanks to the outstanding people at Williams Brothers for resolving the issue with my motorhome!

well last year. I went to Wlliams Brothers Auto Service Arizona. to have my truck fixed... after all the repairs ... I was on my way to texas when it broke down... at a ford garage it said $7000/00 and two wk s later they could get it done... I called Willians and they gave me a claim # ... talking to the insurance co.. of .Willians said they would only pay $1200...00 which what Willians charged me to fix my truck... long story short.. I ended up ordering a used part. for $1500.00 and fixed my self... talking to the insurance co.. they said they would not pay me because i didn't have a certified shop do the work... Williams said sorry I didn't follow the rules of the insurance co... ps Williams forgot to put differential oil in after the repair...

I had them install a trailer break controller my jeep and they did something wrong. The wiring caused the alternator to get fried! Broke down in NM and had to pay for a new alternator plus lodging expenses while the work was being done. I have the receipt from the shop that replaced the alternator, with an explanation of what caused the problem, but William's Brothers refused to do anything to correct the problem!Service: Electrical

Super service, they let you know what they are going to do, give you a close estimate and quite often come in lower than estimate. Have been having them do family repair and maintenance for years. Good people

We had a leaking heater core assembly replaced in our 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee. This part of the repair was done satisfactorily apart from an assembly failure. When reinstalling the steering column to the intermediate shaft, the tech failed to tighten the clamping bolt on the intermediate shaft leaving the steering in hunt and peck mode. Also a hellish rattle under the dash on rough surfaces. I repaired this myself and sent William's an email about it. No reply. Lucky to get a 3.Service: Air conditioning

Well done job for the price quoted. I wasn’t sure about Williams brothers because of what I heard. Throw that out the window, they did me right and I’m pleased with the work. New in town so I was skeptical, not anymore thanks for a job well done.

My friend Ruthie Had Williams Bros fix her diesel pickup. After two other mechanics gave up the guys at Williams Brothers worked until they found out what the problem was and fixed it. They didn’t give up like the other two.
