Our water heater went out. I contacted Joey and he came out immediately. It was old, leaking and needed to be replaced. He ordered and installed the very next day. He was professional and knowledgeable while answering all of my questions. I will be contacting him again if any other appliance needs attention.

If you just want someone to come out and randomly replace parts whether they are broken or not give these guys a call. Overpriced non responsive and absolutely not knowledgeable except on how to rip people off.Service: Stove & cooktop repair

If I could give negative stars I would...these guys never and I mean never show up on time or when they say, and we are not talking a few hours late I am talking days, and weeks. Not one thing that came out of their mouths was worth the air they breathed. Wrong parts, orders got lost, they took my money got that to work correctly. Total joke of a company.

I have edited my review, my refrigerator is working fine now. I believe that Joey is a very capable repairman. What you need to know is when you text or call him say who you are and where you live. Absolute WORST company! Joey the owner is such a lier, very aggressive, and does not answer the phone or call back.For reference, I was told my part ordered would arrive on Wednesday or Thursday. After a dozen unanswered calls on Thursday, Joey tells me the part is out for delivery by 7pm Thursday, but they are closing at 5. He wouldn’t schedule me an appointment until he had the part in hand. He said “I’ll call you to schedule an appointment once I have the part. All of Friday goes by without a call. All weekend goes by without a call. Mid-Monday I call and Joey lies by telling ne the part arrived on Saturday. Then I asked, “I thought the part was out for delivery on Thursday”! He said oh let me check… he changes his story and tells me it arrived mid-day Friday and that he wasn’t able to call me because he wasn’t on the office. I’m just so fed up with the lies and poor customer service. Save your money and time and go somewhere elseService: Washing machine repair

Great customer service from Joey. After he diagnosed our refrigerator he explained to us what was wrong with it and how much it was for parts and labor. We felt that it was reasonable and agreed to have him order parts and fix it. As soon as the parts arrived he contacted us to schedule an appointment to replace the needed parts. After the installation of new parts and proper instructions from Joey our refrigerator is as good as new.Service: Refrigerator/freezer repair

We went in to purchase an over the counter microwave and were on the verge of completing the purchase when we mentioned it was for a motorhome. The salesman then explained to us that the way the door opened was not suitable for a MH and referred us to the product that would work and where to get it. I really appreciate that kind of integrity

He was late the first time-should have known to go somewhere else. He did show up the 2nd time had to order parts.He was late when he committed to the repair. It was still not fixed! He said he would come back and never showed up. A phone call is a courtesy. Would not recommend him.

Over the years I’ve owned several homes and several rentals. During that time, I’ve dealt with many appliance repair companies. Some have been good, and some not so good. Without a doubt Joey is the absolute worst I’ve ever encountered. As others have stated Joey is hugely arrogant. I wouldn’t mind that if his skills matched the rhetoric, but he is without a doubt the least skilled tradesman and the least ethical businessman I’ve ever encountered.The short version is make your own decision but consider the reviews of others as well as mine. If you’d like more detail, then continue reading.He never was able to repair my icemaker concern, after leaving a part out on the first attempt, leaving me hanging literally for months to correct that. After numerous unreturned phone calls, I came on pretty strong during the last message I left. He finally called me back and said, “I don’t respond well to threats.” to which I replied, “Joey it appears the only thing you do respond to is threats!” He never did fix my icemaker after multiple attempts and I ultimately requested my money back. I was surprised that he agreed until I later found out that he had burned out the main control board on the refrigerator that would have resulted in an $800 repair. He obviously knew that and just wanted to walk away from the damage he’d done.If he was just an inept repairman that would have been bad enough but he charged for additional recommended maintenance that he did not perform as he said he did. I later found that this model refrigerator can’t have the compressor, condenser and fan motor lubricated. When I called him out on that he refunded those charges as well. The story goes on an on over months of unreturned phone calls, lies and failed repair attempts.Service: Refrigerator/freezer repair

Fast and professional. Explain exactly how long parts were going to take to arrive and the cost. 100% would work with them again and recommend them also

He replaced the clutch on our old kenmorr washer that he calls "the holy grail" of washers for 340 just over a year ago, but we only used it lightly for eight months. We put that wad of cash into it on his advice. Today after saying he would give us a break he charged 75 for five minutes (if that) to give an overpriced quote. We now have paid him 415 for a washer that doesn't work, and are very disappointed.Service: Washing machine repair

Be more cost conscious for seniors. We've paid 415 now for a washer that doesn't work. After 340 previous based on his advice and now a new problem, he said he would give us a break. Nope. 75 for less than five minutes just to help decide if we should keep it or not. His quote was so high, we could not fix it again at 440.
