“We were driving a long distance in our van with kids, when it started sounding funny. Our check engine light came on so we pulled into a gas station and discovered a bad oil leak.. It was a Sunday and all mechanics were closed. Carter and his manager took a peek and saw that an o-ring had been over tightened during our last oil change. After fixing that we stopped losing oil and made it home safely!Never used napa before this but if all your employees are this outstanding, ill be making the switch! Again thank your specific store!”
