I am very disappointed at how dirty this store is. I know they are the only Ace around for miles. The people there don't really know their jobs. It is like a scavenger hunt when you step into this place. Also the parking lot is horrible. They said they are redoing the store, and that is fine, but they have stuff listed on their app where, according to them they aren't sure where it is might be in one of the hundreds of totes outback. Great customer service there... NOT. Things they should carry for this area and time of the year aren't found. Things in the plumbing area that have an empty spot haven't been refilled in weeks. I will just have to order online. I can't support local if they don't support us. Highly disappointed very over priced.

My husband went into Davis Ace Hardware in Springerville AZ today to get a emergency water pump for our home. A employee named Bryon helped him in a very positive and professional way. Had him in and out with what we needed. Positive Customer Service today should never go unnoticed. Thank you Bryon

Tried to return an item that I bought 2 days ago the cardboard label was missing and they couldn’t accept the item and said it wasn’t resalable only if it was defective they could return it. So I said I can cut it and make it defective the manager rudely said if I do that then I couldn’t do that so I had some choice words for how rude the manager/owner was and had no customer service skills she told me to go outside and calm down I told her some more choice words she said she was calling the cops and when I started to go out the store she told me i was dead I turned back around and asked if she just threatened me and she kept saying she did not say that Everyone in the store heard you threaten me so thanks Deanna Davis for making that a unforgettable experience

A great example that your local hardware store can be better than any of the big mega stores,like Home Depot etc.! Always find what I'm looking for at a reasonable price. And if you have questions there's always a friendly face knowledgeable and helpful in this store! Keep it up!

Has a lot of stuff. However there customer parking area is small.BEWARE YOU CAN NOT RETURN ITEMS HERE IF IT IS THE WRONG PART AFTER YOU OPEN IT TO SEE IF WORKS. THIS IS THIS STORES POLICY NOT ACE HARDWARE.

This is a horrible place to shop. The owner is all about the money is very rude to customers and employees, slanderous, racist and jugmental. There return policy is always a hassle with multiple angles of scrutiny and there online ordering system is never easy. No parking and miserable check out experience almost every time....

My fiancé went in looking for gun cleaner this afternoon. He was met with a man acting as though he was stupid for doing so. We looked it up prior and saw there was gun cleaner on aces website. If this location didn’t have it, no issue. Yet he was met with “no we don’t sell that here Jefferey Dahmer”. “Maybe try western drug, while you’re there you can buy a gun” to be compared to a literal serial killer in such a casual sense is awful. It is Father’s Day weekend and I know this comment affected him very deeply. Why would someone ever say that let alone to a stranger?? As a customer service representative??? Absolutely insane and disrespectful. Lost any of my respect with employees like that.

My husband bought a belt for our lawn mower today. Horrible customer service. Was the wrong size so he tried to exchange it WITH the receipt. The lady told him he couldn't exchange it without the sleeve... it did not have a sleeve when he purchased it so it was manually put into the computer. $30 plus tax on a belt we are not able to use even with a receipt dated for today.... the manager is always rude and every single time I shop at that store there is a problem... definitely recommend going anywhere but ACE in Springerville.
