I really love this bank. They take there time with us members and we are not just some number. I would rather wait the extra time to get the service I want then being rushed.

I’ve used Pima Federal for years. They have always been so helpful! One time my young kiddo did numerous purchases on Roblox that I somehow missed. It overdrew my account with about 11 over draft fees due to multiple purchases. The manager was so kind and refunded me the fees. All the staff is so kind. I highly recommend.
